TW Shutters - a great company
Steve and Iain were great through the whole process. They visited us a couple of times to make sure they had the exact measurements and answer any questions we had. The shutters arrived earlier than expected and they were flexible with an installation date that worked for me.
They were fitted well and there was no mess afterwards. Really pleased with the shutters. One of the panels was damaged on arrival which Steve pointed out and a replacement panel was ordered immediately. We will be going ahead with Tunbridge Wells Shutters again when we do the upstairs. It is clear that Steve and Iain care about their customers. A great company to do business with.

Both bedrooms were fitted with shutters…
Both bedrooms were fitted with shutters as per the quote. The work was carried out very efficiently and exactly as we were told. There was no mess as the fitter cleaned up with a hoover as he worked. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Love our shutters they make such a difference to our house and the rooms now look finished. Steve and his team have been lovely to deal with and very patient and professional. Recommended by a friend, who also knew several others who loved their shutters. Great product, great service!

Fantastic company. Came on time. Discuss the feasibility of our job, a standard bay window and a more tricky job with French doors in our Victorian property.
Communication was great. Installation was superb and the end result is brill.

They have made our house a home....
We are absolutely delighted with the efforts of Steve & the team at Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd. 9 sets of shutters and blackout blinds.... efficient, trustworthy, clean, great manners. I had 3 quotes in total, and TWS weren't the cheapest.... but I seen them to best the best value. This can be viewed in both the quality of the product and the quality of their workmanship.

Second set of excellent shutters from Tunbridge Wells Shutters
Following our enquiry we had a personal visit in order to take detailed measurements for the shutters and confirm choice etc. There followed a formal quotation. We paid a deposit and awaited contact for fitting. The lead-time was around 12 weeks which we were advised of at the measurement visit. The lead-time was correct and an an appointment was made for fitting. The fitting was expertly carried out with proper regard for our property. The shutters are of excellent quality and we are delighted with them. A very professional service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use them again.
