Fantastic shaped shutters to fit complex large window frames. Excellent solid fit and craftsmanship.

We got several quotes, and found that Steve asked the best questions and made the best suggestions (and was also in line on price!). He was very open about the lead time, and stuck to it, and then actually managed to complete the installation quicker than originally planned. We are delighted with the finished product and would recommend Tunbridge Wells Shutters to anyone.

Fantastic service and great quality product

Steve (and I believe Alan?) did a really great job installing some plantation shutters in my house. They were very professional, extremely tidy and very considerate. We had a young child sleeping in the house and they both tip toed round to make sure they didn't wake him. They took real pride in their work and we've asked them to come back to do another set as we were so impressed. Job was well priced, and worth the quality craftsmanship.

Polite, helpful and extremely efficient. Shutters supplied and fitted, 3 months before quote from well known competitor….at a much better price. Quality of installation is absolutely top class. No mess whatsoever. Shutters are exactly the same as those supplied by aforementioned well known supplier…and the fit and finish is superior. I will definitely be using them again.

We spent a long time deciding on which company to use for our shutters. Tunbridge Wells Shutters spent the time explaining the options and they never pushed for the higher specs or for the sale. We never felt rushed and their knowledge is second to none. We were able to select the right shutters for our house and they really have made it more of a home. I spoke to Tunbridge Wells Shutters in June and someone came round within a few days. He took me through everything , including the fact that delivery could take a long time as a result of covid. I wanted to go ahead and measurements were taken. A quote was emailed through quickly and my order placed. I was kept in touch with delivery information. When available an appointment was made for fitting and I am very happy with the standard of both fitting and quality of the shutters.
