TuneUp.Cloud turned out to be a scam and thievery

TuneUp.Cloud seemed initially like a potentially good music promotion company. Unfortunately, I trusted them a little too much initially when their website did not contain contact information easily, although at least they gave an email address to contact with.

While I paid for a month of service and then canceled my account with them, I was charged 4 times within 30 minutes later without my authorization in any way, approximately 6 months after cancelling with this company, TuneUp.Cloud. I had to cancel my debit Visa Card immediately with my bank, as I was concerned that they could possibly drain and steal all my bank funds.

I emailed this company twice about giving me back my bank funds for the 4 fraudulent charges when I did not ask or pay for service and I received no email responses, as my account was canceled and closed, and I even received an email 6 months prior verifying that my account had been cancelled. I feel very upset that this company scammed and stole from my bank funds in this fraudulent way.

Fortunately, my bank got my money back, even though I had to fill out paperwork to verify the 4 fraudulent charges. I also had to go through the hassle of getting a new debit Visa Card with my bank, which is another reason that I use PayPal more frequently with businesses that I feel uncertain towards.

Avoid this company, as they scammed me by charging me 6 months later with 4 rapid-fire fraudulent charges after my account had already been cancelled. Fortunately, I had the wisdom to cancel my bank card immediately, otherwise they could have potential stole more money from me.
