I paid the big bucks for items because of the good reputation of Tupperware. I bought the oil and vinegar and also some containers for ketchup, etc. the oils and vinegar are so messy to use I have oils on my hand after I use them. The other containers are ridiculously difficult and hard to open. Need to be a rocket scientist to figure them out. So disappointed!

I bought the breadsmart bundle and have to say I will be going back to the freezer, rolls were dry after 2 days and the loaf of bread was mouldy after 5 days so no different to leaving it in the packet, all in all an expensive plastic container.

Well, I just had to beg to have my order sent out - l waited ten days with NO UPDATE; politely called and asked the status. Response: "Well, do you really need it by Christmas?" Seriously. I said that it is for a present; the associate sighed and then said "Well, you should have it by the 18th." I can now see a pick up and processed date, but l am not too hopeful about the quality of my product ordered - I agree with others on here, Tupperware has fallen from respect with me.

Had several bad experiences where consultants did not do what they said, twice with a warranty item they did not follow up on and one of them kept the replacements for herself. Apparently this is why they asked to see the item and won't let consultants take claims anymore because of so much fraud. I know there were lots of issues with dodgy consultants who got caught doing dishonest things one of which spoke to the media making up some rubbish about mystery boxes but she was angry she got suspended for stealing from customers. So I won't be buying Tupperware again even though the product is still great. Alot of companies make you send in products now because of all the theft and fraud happening so I understand that. What people forget to mention here is that they only give credit for the part sent in which I didn't read initially. The website does say that and I got extra value added on to cover shipping so worked out to be my not reading properly. I know for next time. I just would be very wary of dealing with a consultant again!!

I purchased the fridge smart compilation and am very disappointed . It is my fault in part because I looked at the pictures and not the dimensions. The set is far too small to hold vegetables for a family- an expensive mistake and I am out of pocket.

Worst service
The boss is impolite and very arrogant.
We request for an exchange and she just told us no more stock without looking at the item we wanted to exchange. But as what we been told, the stock just came 2 days ago.
We don't feel like she is doing business.

The quality is tragic. Service as hell.

I’d give zero stars if available. Similar experience to others. Online warranty claim quickly approved but instead of faulty lid being replaced I was sent a $15 voucher. The lid isn’t even available online! I had to return the faulty lid as part of the warranty claim. I am now without a lid, out of pocket with postage and processing fees, and Tupperware won’t reply to my emails and my Tupperware consultant won’t respond to my texts. Tupperware’s “refund process” is very misleading and dishonest. It lacks integrity and transparency. My strong recommendation is to buy elsewhere.

Stop! Don’t buy Tupperware from Tupperware. It is 1/2 the cost at Bed Bath and Beyond! Tupperware does not honor the price. Wonderlier bowl set $62 on their site and 37.49 (plus 20% off) at BB&B. My the mighty have fallen - Tupperware

I returned my quick shake seal because it had perished, as per the latest warranty claim process. This came at a cost to me as it had to be couriered to Auckland. I have just received a $5 credit and we all know how much Tupperware that will buy me. This seems to be their lastest way of handling returns. The reason I purchased Tupperware and paid extra for it was for the lifetime guarantee which now does not seem to exist. I will no longer be purchasing Tupperware as there are plenty of other good quality options on the market for a fraction of the price.

Call Tupperware today To see about getting A30 to 40 year old piece of Tupperware replace. They said they were updating their systems and was unable to take any warranty items at this time to check back in a month or 2. Tupperware is no longer Tupperware anymore. I am going to take a chance on it being made of recyclable material and throw it in the recycling bin.

I bought a lunch box geared towards men and tradies so I assumed it'd be sort of tough. It fell of the bench at home and the clip broke. Of course it isn't covered under warranty so I'd much rather buy a cheap one that's got the same quality if I'm gonna have to replace it from a small fall.

I am trying to have seals replaced. I have 2 return coupons for items I returned, at my expense. When I go to order to replacement seals, I am expected to pay $14.00 for postage. This is not the Tupperware Organisation it once was. You should be able to ring your demonstrator to order items, and take the broken pieces to her. She would order them with her next order and deliver them to you. I have a mountain of Tupperware, and while a great product, I will never purchase another item. I can't even get to use the coupon I have for the broken seals without spending more money. They have totally lost me.

I have been trying to replace a lid but they want me to pay for return postage of $9.20 plus a $3.95 processing fee. I have emailed them a few times asking how this is fair and they have just closed my case without any compromise. I said I would drop it off to a consultant but no that just don't care. I will never buy Tupperware again, its an absolute rort. Buyer beware, don't waste your money or energy on company that couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.

Been trying since Oct 2021 to get some lids and a couple other items replaced. The excuse is updating their system. No point in buying something at a premium price with a lifetime warranty if they won't honor the warranty.

A friend of mine had a party, she received all of her things within a week after party was closed. Two weeks later, I have yet yo receive my items ordered. I called and was on hold for a total or 30 minutes. Then when someone finally did answer, she put me on hold two more times because she "couldn't find my order. " I know damn well it was on the screen in front of her as I gave her my order number. I am to call back in 5 days if I haven't received my items. Never again will I order from this company. Terrible customer service and overall crappy business handling.

Hopeless warranty service. Makes it impossible to return anything easily. Tried to consider sending one thing
back and told 30 day warranty not lifetime one they say.

With better products out no need to buy Tupperware anymore..
I used to be a devotee of Tupperware but not now that returns are a challenge and costly to the customer . Also return replacement may not be available and will possibly be given a voucher

Forget Tupperware as no longer the great company they were

I have bought many bowls and containers over 20+ years. Never had any issue with warranty replacements of cracked lids and containers. Until now.

I have trying for 4 months to get a lid replaced. Each time I am on hold for almost an hour and then told the system is being upgraded and to call back in a couple of weeks. 4 months is not 2 weeks. I have even been given specific dates. This is clearly a run around the warranty and a placibo answer.

Last time I replaced a cracked bowl (probably 5 years ago) I made a call. It was answered promptly and my part was in the mail. Amazed that I didn't even have to send a photo of the issue. One of the Best customer service experiences I have had.

What Happened??

I bought the pet containers to store dry food. Stupid idea on design. If the bottom falls off all the food falls out. Haven’t bought a Tupperware product for 30 years. Don’t think I’ll be buying gain. And I can’t review the product on their website.
