I was searching the internet for the top 5 websites to help find potential tenants. I chose 3 and Turbo tenant was 1 or the 3. I went to the website and tried to navigate it out by myself but I couldn't. I found a customer rep. number and left a message. I received a call from a rep within 2 business days. He answered all my questions and helped me finish the listing. He told me if I had any other issues to please call him back.I called him a couple of other times and he would always call me back within 24 hours. Bottom line both rentals were Turbo tenant applicants. I think that this company has exceptional customer service reps and the website is very helpful to find potential applicants that meet my criteria. I have recommended this company to any person I know who is considering moving to another rental. A+ in my personal experience. This was in September 2024 & November 2024

I would not be able to run my business without Turbotenant. I love the app and how easy it is to use. The agents are very knowledgeable and helpful. Good customer service. One thing I personally wish you all would bring back is the total in the upper right corner of the Charges page. Not sure why that was removed, but I called in about it to let you all know I needed it and it works for me. But, it didn't come back. Can you please reconsider?

Turbotenant is a great and free tool for landlords. I like everything, from marketing by spreading the listing to numerous websites, to inviting potential tenants to apply, to checking their background, even to provide an accurate rent estimate based on numerous listings in the area.

I have been using TurboTenant for a year for my rental property and it has made everything simple for me and my tenant.

I was scammed by someone from this site, and it's unacceptable. There must be greater accountability in vetting the owners you choose to advertise. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

Still having difficulty navigating due to confusing instructions or lack of comprehensive instructions.

TurboTenant has made managing my rental properties straightforward and user-friendly. Support is readily available through their help page, chat, or even by phone with real people. I've been using TurboTenant for several years to oversee three units, and they've consistently considered feedback for improvements, effectively adding new features as needed.

One place for all payments, communication, and documents. Lots of automation such as late fees, but still very flexible and easy to make changes.

So far very easy to understand and user friendly software for property owners.

Unnecessary automated emails were generated and sent to me. Never got a chance to speak to a person. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.

Easy to navigate and helpful to be legit and legal for each process.

Love this product. Easy to use, great resources and customer service. I tried several other landlord software management services and this was by far my favorite and the easiest to use. Reasonable price for everything you get with it. The state specific leases are a life saver and the e-signing and rent collection is very convenient.

The software is user friendly. The help desk is very responsive.

As a renter, I inquired about two different properties on two different rental sites, with rentals originating with TurboTenant. The basic inquiry online form on both sites was generated by TurboTenant. I received an email from both sites that this inquiry, with a few basic questions, had been sent to TurboTenant. I then received an email, "Pre-Screener" from TurboTenant, telling me to tell the landlord more about myself. In then received additional emails from a different email address (may have originated in another country), asking for similar information, despite the fact I'd already completed the "Pre-Screener" from Turbo Tenant, with very invasive financial questions, DOB, etc. Due to the way the request was written and other clues, I concluded this was a phishing attempt and did not respond. I then received follow-up texts, asking me what the status was. The number generating the text was not a Turbo Tenant number. When I informed TurboTenant about the situation in several emails & reported that their site must not be secure since someone was emailing and texting me with knowledge of what properties I had inquired about, all they told me was that they have several security is important to them, that they had several security measures in place, and that I should read their suggestions about how to identify rental scams. In this instance, I wasn't responding to bogus listings so there was nothing I could have done, since the problem came from their apparently vulnerable system. They didn't seem to care & took no responsibility (emails from a few different people there). They never asked for the email address I received inquiries from in order to investigate. I even contacted them on Facebook to see if the text number I received from both properties was connected to them and they said it wasn't. They asked why I was asking and when I told them, I never got any response. Very disappointing and dangerous since the majority of rental sites accept their listings. I'm fortunate that I suspected the phishing attempts via emails and texts and didn't provide information, but I'm sure others would not be as lucky.

Easy to navigate though out the screens. Clear directions in each section.

The app and site work great, making it so easy to create a lease. Akso, I used chat to correct an issue I was having and it proved to be very helpful.
