I started with the intro paid account to "test the waters", but immediately ran into issues. After paying One-Hundred and Twenty Dollars for the service, I tried to create an ad and was limited to one thousand characters or less. This meant I had to cut a substantial portion of my narration out and there was no other way to supplement that information without paying for a more expensive account. The other issue was the pictures were limited to twenty, upon initial creation of the ad. You could add more, but you had to complete the process, THEN come back and add more pics. I didn't waste my time going back. I have used ALL of the free services and found them superior. No word or pic limits, all of the accounting needs I have required, service requests from the tenants, online payments, and the background checks of the free account I used (Apartments.com) has been FAR superior to anything else I have found. Lease creation, with state specific suggestions, etc. are all included FOR FREE! Not to mention some of the best customer service I found for any product anywhere. This was a monstrous disappointment and a HUGE waste of my hard earned One-Hundred and Twenty Dollars.

I asked for my money back, but you wouldn't do that so , no, I will not return to your over-priced and limited service.

I was managing our 2 rentals on the side, and was really struggling to keep up. Now, the entire process and administration just got a lot easier because of TurboTenant. I use the tool from start to finish, from posting my rentals to selecting a renter to managing payments and maintenance.

We are a young lower income family who rents out our home. TurboTenant has been SO HELPFUL for us! Whenever I need to post a listing, it will automatically post to all the different rental platforms. It seriously has made the renter search process so much easier. We haven't used all the amazing features outside of the free marketing and background checks/applications, but I am sure they are great as well. Thankful for this resource for landlords like ourselves!

Appalling that I was deceptively redirected to this site for an application to a rental property. This was not how the property owner set it up and not how he was accepting applications. I requested a refund and have been basically told no, file a form and we’ll get back to you in 10 business days. Unacceptable. All via AI

Ease of use but some glitches can be fixed. Best bang for its value

It is perfect for all my landlord needs. My tenants love it as well. Way better than just text/email. keeps everything organized and it decreased how many times my clients reached out to me for minor things. I think bc it is now more effort on their part to come to the app. Which is PERFECT!
