Late communication, but went extra mile.

I ordered a part i needed for my car. I found it on this website and ordered it and stopped my search.

After five days, i get a refund and the item is removed from the shop. No further communication and now i can't use my car for even longer. Weird to not communicate with the costumer.

Update: they contacted me and the reason for the delay of communication is that they where seaching for the part at other parties. I wished they updated me sooner but they did go to the trouble to look for me. Therefore i updated my review.
