this is an anniversary gift. I copied a picture of them from Facebook that the couple had posted so I knew they liked the picture. Then I sent it TurnedArt —wow!! it’s so clear and unique -that’s awesome. I love it, and I know they will too When I give it to them. Very happy with the results.!!!!

We provide all customers with a full resolution proof image and offer unlimited revisions so that any issues can be found and fixed before it gets printed. Customers are asked to zoom in and check the proof image in detail so that the final print should not be a surprise when it is received.

Great service!
Overall it was a great experience and the final product looks nice! I didn't want to unwrap it from the bubble wrap since it's a Christmas gift, but from what I can see through the wrap, it looks great!

A total scam
A total scam. Anyone with a fraction of a knowledge of design/using Photoshop can tell that the "art" here is achieved by a brain dead intern using straight forward filters.
The only thing worse than their criminal products is their inept approach to marketing. It's aggressive on a level that makes me think this whole thing is run by an incel who would struggle to sell themselves to a deaf & blind woman deprived of release for decades.

I've checked your order and you approved the artwork proof image to be printed and you've now received the print. Do let us know in case there was a problem with it, it should look just like the preview image you already approved.
Very disappointing......
Our skin tones came out very very yellow and looked nothing like the option I chose. I've now waited over 2 weeks just to be told that a manager will be looking into the print and that the lab will be investigating. I was told the same thing over and over again when I spoke to the one man band company. Is there really a manager? I have been told that another print will be sent to me once the issue has been investigated. Seems to me that they need MI5 to investigate! why does it take so long??? I even offered to send back the print as I feel like I am not trusted. The one man band then began hanging up on our calls when we gave our order number, probably realising that he has done nothing about it. Terrible company, charging over and above for a terrible service. Avoid this con artist, I will be spreading the word on social media not to use this company !!

We're sorry that the printing didn't come out well. A replacement canvas has been sent out now with a corrected colour balance.
Different shade to approved image = orange faces
The print has come out a few shades darker than the approved image, so the faces are very Oompa Loompa orange. They’re going back and forth, multiple times, talking to the printer etc with no word of just replacing it for me. Not sure why I have to worry about what the printer says when they can clearly see I’ve got an image that I cannot gift.
