Amazing picture

I got a custom piece of art that was made exactly how I wanted it, very high quality and quickly shipped.

Do I like the results? Yes. I like how it turned out. Is it water color? No. It's water color like. I've seen apps that get similar results. I had my picture framed and matted. I would have given a higher score but it's a bit pricey for what you get.

It’s a beautiful piece of art! The colors are beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase. It arrived safely and very well packaged. The approval of the art came fast and I liked the different options to choose from. It was an easy process. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
I ordered a portrait weeks in advance for my event, it's been almost a week past my event, 3 weeks after I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my portrait. I reached out to them multiple times and each time they said they don't know when my order will be delivered. They always reply DAYS after I send them an email, and now they have ghosted me and will not reply. A total scam, save your money.

EDIT: They are lying in their response as well. It’s been a week since my event i had last week, and I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. They keep blaming USPS when they didn’t even send me an initial preview until over a week after my order was placed (on their guidelines it says it takes “up to 4 days” for a preview), and they told me it hasn’t even been printed yet when I reached out a week later after I approved it, on the day of the event. So no, it’s not USPS’s fault that my order still isn’t here when it takes them over 2 weeks to even start the shipping process. I asked them multiple times throughout the process to let me know if they thought they wouldn’t be able to deliver on time so I can make other arrangements for the event, and they ignored me every time.

I burst into tears when I opened up the package containing the photo of our daughter. It was a final photo of her smiling before she passed from cancer a year later. It is hanging in a place of honor and her five children and two grandchildren ( our five grandchildren and two great grandchildren) Can now see how lovely she truly was! This company does a beautiful job turning photos into works of art! They are very responsive, too!

This is such an amazing product. Especially for the price.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Did not arrive in time for Xmas despite being ordered in plenty of time. Terrible quality - I did approve preview but expected the final version to be more than something I could have knocked up with a standard filter on my iPhone. Certainly not worth the money. I could have had this printed locally for 1/10th of the price. Paper very flimsy. One star given as frame is ok (but again very standard and could have got much cheaper) and e mails regarding proofs went ok with amendments being made promptly.

The advertised art was marketed as "watercolour finish" however what I received was my photos with a watercolour background and wash throughout, the actual photos weren't watercolour, they were still the same photos, plus the order email confirmed delivery within 4-6 days, and it took 2 weeks to arrive

Service was great, and double checked I was ok with the picture, I would use again.
The only reason it isn't a 5 star is the picture you review looks great, the picture arrived looking grainy/pixeled.

It was an oversight on my end as the picture provided (taken by a phone) isnt going to look the same when stretched.
The -1 star is because it would have been nice to know that the picture provided when blown up looks pixeled as the review picture looked perfect.

Great communication, and the art work came out beautifully! Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Above and beyond my expectations. I purchased a canvas for a family member this Christmas. It came out stunning, better than I hoped. It will make a keepsake for our family foe years to come. Working with turnedart was simple, professional, and they got it here before Christmas!

I asked for a redo/correction of the turned art combo of three pictures. The second recreation still wasn't quite what I wanted. I didn't know there was a timeline on send feedback before it would go to print. So now I'm stuck with something I don't love.

They are very responsive and accommodating to your revision needs.

This caught my eye because it’s a creative and unique was to put on artistic spin on captured memories. It makes for a fun and one of a kind gift. It was very easy to order, the artist contacts you for input and if you want changes done. I loved how they provide different options and color schemes to choose from. Must experience! You won’t be disappointed!
