Our 'No Win, No Fee' Promise: We operate on a 'No Win, No Fee' basis. This means you will only ever be charged for our service if we successfully locate your fund. Megan was so helpful and kind. My daughter had mistakenly thought she had two child trust funds, one set up by mum and dad and the other by the government. She had already withdrawn her funds last year. We received an invoice for services. I called anticipating a struggle to explain what had happened. Megan was great, happy to listen to what had happened, empathic and helpful. After emailing proof that the fund was zero she emailed both myself and my daughter to say the case was closed and the invoice voided. Megan is a credit to your company

Doesn’t listen to you and still wants to scam you
It’s still not legally your money. You hid your fee in terms and conditions. You have not made it clear at all. You have changed countless amounts of details on your website since people started speaking up about it. Look it up online yourself, no one is legally allowed access to those funds apart from the child. That includes you. Especially because you did not complete the service as I have not received the money and therefore can cancel. You are telling me I can’t cancel because this process is completed yet it’s not. You have not located anything. The government has done that for me so I know y’all lying.
Edit: I have already contacted you multiple times about this because you asked to review my case. Yet you’re still not listening. You have put massive amounts of pressure on me and my family. What’s the point of your service if you say you locate a child trust fund but there’s no money being received for me? Where’s the proof of your findings? So you think it’s okay to do this to similar families like mine who are struggling for money and out of work? I have a young child I have to take care of and I have explained all this when I contacted you recently to which you have not even bothered to respond to but are happy to respond here to make your company look better. Hence why I’m still arguing this on here. Because you do NOT care about people.

Regarding your request for 'proof of our findings,' the proof of our successful location service is the official letter sent by HMRC directly to you, which confirms the name of the financial institution holding your Child Trust Fund.
The service you signed a contract for is this location work. Our fee is for the successful completion of this service, as detailed in the terms you accepted before we began. We do not take any money from the fund itself; the provider pays it directly to you. We understand this is a frustrating situation, especially given the personal circumstances you have mentioned.

Please don’t be tricked by this company. Saw on tik tok looked promising but they asking for £300+ out of child trust fund. Your child trust fund is legally yours! It literally says that online. Do not pay anyone, you can do it for free on gov uk. Avoid this company please.

We aim to be very clear that our role is to provide an optional, paid-for service for those who would prefer assistance with the process. Our team handles the administrative work, from corresponding with the UK's many CTF providers to completing the necessary paperwork on our clients' behalf. Our fee is for managing this entire process.
All our costs and the nature of our service are detailed in the terms and conditions that every client reviews and signs before we proceed.

Terrible company SCAM AWARE
Terrible Company wouldn't even go that far and call them a company if I am honest they entice young people to claim there ctf not stating clearly that they charge for the service. I didn’t even have a call or meeting and I had received a letter saying I owe £420 I will not be paying this fee it is ridiculous that they even charge for this service when you can go on government website and claim it for free. I had located my trust fund by myself and then received the letter saying I owe them money out of it because they had located it.
