Great repair and staff that were very help full, especially when I got stuck in traffic and was late picking up my car on a Friday, they stayed late so I did not have to wait till Monday morning. Much appreciated.

My car was collected from my work and a courtesy car left for me to use and my car was mended within a week and delivered back to my work.
Turner's kept me informed all throughout the week.

The worst customer service I have ever received - No calls or contact from them unless I ring up. Delays after delays - no apologies, just the same "it will be tomorrow" - tomorrow comes, nobody rings, and it is delayed another day. Asked for a manager to ring me back and the same girl on the desk called me and continued to speak over me. An absolute disgrace.

Absolutely brilliant service and I will definitely recommend turners for any repairs my car looks like new 🆕

Excellent service

The repair took some time and I was nervous while waiting perhaps because I had decided not to use a claims management company. Once I saw the repair I was very happy. The colour match has improved making me wonder if the previous owner had an inferior repair done on the same part.

The garage was professional from the minute they collected our vehicle to the minute they dropped it back off. We had regular updates on what was happening and once they were given the green light to start the work the turnaround time was fantastic

Amazing service. Spoke to Jason about my van being repaired within 24hours he had new panels and doors sorted for me, price made up and booked in. Had no hassle no fuss they just got on, and can’t believe how good my van looked after.
