This was my anniversary with my girl and this slingshot was so much fun for the both of us.. will be renting again. Host was very nice and pleasant

I used to like you guys, but I am canceling my account. I’m going to tell everybody I know to not use Turo from now on. I used to be a very big promoter of you guys. All over something stupid you guys did and something greedy. Very punitive and dumb of you guys.

Our Turo Host Christopher was awesome. Very communicative and responsive and made everything very easy. Will never go back to traditional car rentals!

The fees are a little high but i choose turo over any other car rental place

Car itself can be ok. Really depends on hosts and you'll need to check the car throughout when you received it. Turo customer support was pathetic. It's always better to have your own insurance as Turo extra coverage was totally useless, you'll just waste your money to buying them, thinking you have coverage but it's really not. and their customer support was so incompetent to even tell you about the claims. Everything is fine until you have problems. Then they just point at each other and watch you waste your time no clear instructions no clear information and you end up wasting time and money.

So booking the trip I was sent to the airport. Never given an option. I live in the city the car was located. And upon retrieving the vehicle I had to cancel. I then returned the vehicle to the lot other than the airport. Located closer to me. This vehicle was canceled out of the system. I picked up and new vehicle with the same host from a different location. I had the vehicle from Jan 8th - April 16th and was charged a total of 741 .68 in airport permit fees. I realized the charges 2 weeks in and complained about it. Asked them to take it off. I was no longer using the vehicle from the airport and I won’t be returning the current one back at the airport. They assured me I would get refunded after I complete my reservation. Upon completing I returned the vehicle from where I got it and was only refunded for a delivery fee. And said it was my fault and they are unable to refund me for all the airport charges. I feel that is flat out wrong and I will be taking other actions to get this resolved

Booking is a breeze, the service is fast, communication is clear, car rental prices are great and won’t surprise you with hidden charges.

Clean, affordable basic Nissan Versa four-door sedan with everything you need including backup camera and infotainment system for wired Apple Car Play or Android Auto. Drove from Phoenix to Sedona and up to the Grand Canyon and back with one hiccup - a flat tire with sidewall damage that we had to pay to replace, but that's a Turo policy and not the owner's fault. Surprised to see they still made cars in 2024 with a plain old key and no fob for locking/unlocking doors and trunk. Took a bit of getting used to - haven't driven something like that in over 20 years ;-)

Pickup and drop off of the vehicle was extremely easy and the videos provided to find where it was parked was amazing. Wish all Turo vehicles had this option.

The vehicle was very clean. The maintenance was perfect and features were top notch. It gave a luxury feel to my trip. The host was amazing great at communicating and amazing hospitality! The accuracy of the vehicle and its performance made my trip even more pleasurable. I would definitely book again!
