I really hoped Turo would be a better experience. The airbnb of car hire. Such BS. It's incredibly difficult to rent a car on Turo. Trying to get your license validated is a serious drag and takes days. I'd set up an alternative to Turo if I had time, and I truly wish that someone does and then crushes it. Try getaround in Europe - ten times better experience. They haemorrhaging customers because of the lack of customer support in getting drivers validated. All in all - renting from TURO is about the same amount of pain as renting from STANDARD CAR RENTAL COMPANIES. The price gouging is the same. But the BS is another level. In the US - just get a car hire from Skyscanner. It's the same price without the pain.

The car was immaculate and performed as brand new. It is meticulously well-kept down to having the proper tire inflation front va back tires. The drive experience is as good as it gets from a Tesla.

There was a hiccup in making my first reservation with Turo which still hasn't been fully explained to me. However, Na was great from start to finish in having a selection of vehicles close by and providing information of the process that pick up and return was very easy. I will definitely be using Turo/Na again in the future!

We were able to rent an wheelchair accessible van from a private party through Turo. It was a huge blessing because there are very limited options for transporting paraplegic/wheelchair bound people.

Great host and experience. Perfect! There should be a higher choice than 5 stars. Will definitely rent from them again.

This being my second time renting from this particular host. Again I'm extremely happy with the rental and communication with a CoHost to be sure I was not held responsible for something wrong in the car. I would definitely rent again with this host.

Nice car, full of fuel, clean and parked right outside the terminal. I’ve already secured my rental with same owner. Oh and his communications are good also.

Communication sucks. Drop off instructions need to be clearer. Idk who thinks it’s okay to leave a key in a car unlocked and then the hosts doesn’t respond is beyond me. Feels like a liability to the renter if the car is stolen if you leave the car with the key in it unlocked. Turo customer service said that the delivery instructions were not safe and made no sense either. Tried 8x to reach the host(s) and got no response until the next day…

Everything went as planned.. no problems. Good communication from Turo . This is our second trip and will continue to use them

This was my first time renting with Turo for airport pickup and it was fantastic! Everything from location of car, the hosts detailed instructions and simple return process made the whole experience so easy and convenient. I will definitely be using Turo when I travel from now on!
