When I purchased the item, went to checkout and paid for it and paid for the postage, when the item arrived postage was £1.72 cheaper than what I paid. Its not ebay

Amazing customer service!
I ordered a lovely bracelet for a friend’s 40th. I was hoping for a first class delivery and then I would have received it on time. However, Kevin, the salesperson was extremely helpful, he told me about the Royalmail strike that I was not aware of and sent the bracelet to me via next day delivery at no extra cost to me! This is excellent customer service. I received the bracelet the next day and my friend is very pleased with it.
I would certainly buy again from Turriff Jewellers.

Lovely company with excellent service
The website and checkout process was very easy to use with lots of pictures of the products.
I received a tracking code so I could see when my ring would arrive, and shipping was very fast.
Nicely packaged and exactly what I ordered, sparkling and beautiful!
