This company is responsive and professional. I had Ben and Nathan here today and they changed skimmers efficiently, plus they were lovely to deal with. Lee in the office is great too. Would recommend Turtle Productions.

I booked Turtle Productions to build a new pond, eleven years after they built my previous one, keeping the general design, but with a few changes. They had also done excellent work on my new decking five years ago.The project was faultless from start to finish, helped primarily by having an average of four men on the job (it reached six men and three vans!) so that the work started Monday morning and finished Thursday lunchtime. Every detail and and query was addressed along the way, and all left tidy at the end. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Turtle Productions have been looking after my pond for many years now. They have recently carried out maintenance on the filter box and replaced a pump for one of the waterfalls. All done competently and with a smile. Will always use them for my pond work. Many thanks

We will definitely use Turtle Productions again. The job was very messy and demanding, but was carried out competently, courteously and in a really considerate fashion. Workers had a good knowledge of environmental issues, and provided sound advice for the future.

Had my pond emptied cleaned and equipment serviced. Ben,Mike and George were efficient and professional. The fish seem happy with there clean environment. Turtle Productions. We have just had a garden pond waterfall constructed by Turtle. We are extremely pleased with the results and would like to thank Mike,Big Ben,Scott, George and Little Ben for cheerfully producing an excellent result.

Both workers showed exemplary courtesy and cooperation throughout. The leader had a good depth of knowledge and marked enthusiasm for the environmental issues involved. The site was left clean and tidy, and the job completed in good time. We would give the highest recommendation, and definitely use them again. Very good value for money.

Turtle Productions did an excellent job on overhauling a large natural pond in my garden - including dredging, building stone walls to accommodate land drainage pipes, advising and installing an electric skimmer and planting native British marginals and lilies. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Cheerful efficient clearing & treatment of my two ponds

Ben and Gemma recently came and carried out the spring service on our pond. I cannot speak more highly of them as they were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The pond water is looking much improved and the fish are happy.

Mike who came to do a yearly maintenance on my pond did a fantastic job and the pumps are working as good as new. He also recommended a treatment going forward as the pond was covered in blanket weed. I was very pleased with the service

Brilliant service from Turtle. Adam and Ben did the job which involved a complete revamp of our pond. They were fantastic.....even caring for a little frozen newt they found in the old pond. They did a 100% job.......couldn't have been nicer. They will continue to service the pond and advise on the best mix of plants etc. Tha k you Turtle! Peter and Pam

A very good company with great customer service - from the lady who initially dealt with my enquiry over the phone, to Lee who visited to quote, and then the team of three who came to clean filters, skimmers, pumps and somehow managed to fix the leak! I would recommend them - nice to have water back in the pond!

I had a torn pond liner that I had tried and failed to repair myself. These guys came to assess the job within a couple of days of my enquiry. They offered a couple of quotes as I had different ideas of what I might like done. We agreed on the simpler, cheaper solution and the job was done by a helpful friendly man a week or so after that initial assessment. The pond is looking gorgeous, as good as new and they explained how to clean my filter/pump system myself. Helpful, prompt and kept to the original quote.
