Great service from first phone call to the pond sort out. Really nice people to deal with.
I am enjoying seeing my pond looking clear again after being clogged up and in a overgrown mess.

My pond was very overgrown and I was not in a position to sort it out. I rang Turtle Productions, Andy came and assessed the work that needed doing. Adam and Mike carried out the clean to a very high standard . They were professional , polite and nothing was too much trouble . Excellent company and will have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them to others.

The team were friendly and efficient and transformed our overgrown pond into a viable pond again. We were very pleased with the outcome and look forward to re-establishing plant life and encouraging wildlife back.

Very responsive to my initial enquiries about cleaning my small wildlife pond. Lee was quick to assure me they would protect my newts and whatever else was in the pond. The team were quickly on board; they got out an extraordinary number of newts, dragonfly larvae and 2 pairs of toad! I was thrilled! They cleaned the liner - too much toxic silt at the bottom- and tidied up the pond -too much pond weed - without destroying the wilderness, and the pond is now ready to home the growing number and variety of precious pond critters! I was thrilled!

Turtle productions carried out a difficult repair job to a water rill with a leak. The first attempt was not successful but without question the team returned to try again and successfully cured the leak. All done with a smile - Thank you

Turtle Productions re-lined my 25 year old koi pond. (5m x 5m x 2.5m deep.) Their response to my initial enquiry was excellent, as was the work, which was completed in 2 days and the fish returned to the pond. Highly recommended this company for any pond work.

Turtle Productions were really helpful when we had an unexplained leak in our pond. Even though for them it was a small job, they put a lot of thought and care into it. There were some unexpected problems which they sorted in spite of it putting their work schedule behind.
They were polite,efficient and kept us informed of what they were doing. The finished job is neat and tidy, much better than before and best of all - no leak! Would definitely recommend.

Turtle productions helped transform our garden with a beautiful wildlife pond with waterfall and filtration. The team were such a delight to work with and were very professional, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed all the way through the project. They ensured the garden was cleared and it was left tidy. We had to have a mini digger and as a result of our narrow entrance to the garden they did have to move the gate frame and part of a rockery. This was put back exactly as it was before the work commenced.

We did have an issue with the waterfall leaking after they left. Once the team were contacted they acted immediately. They came back and was able to establish the reason, then made the required adjustments. We have not had any issues since. There will always be teething problems in a project like this, but the fact the team came immediately shows how committed they are to their customers.

We definitely can recommend Turtle Productions and we would like to say a big thank you to Andy, Mark and Tim for an excellent job.

Mark and his team at Turtle did a great job on our natural swimming pond. in early conversations he was helpful in demystifying what can seem rather intimidating challenges in construction and getting getting the biology right. Lining the pond and planting was done efficiently and in a timely manner. One of the best features has been after sales support in sorting out teething problems. Our pond is a beautiful addition to the garden and we are really pleased we found Turtle to help with the construction.
