We started online Chinese classes for our child due to the pandemic, two years ago. He keeps studying with Tutorming ever since then, loves his teachers, the way they teach him, they are patient, well experienced.

I strongly recommend this online platform for any age wanting to learn Mandarin. I have worked with many operations before, I believe TutorMing is the best.

You and your consultants can write notes real time into prepared lessons. A huge difference from those who teach through free meeting websites. Then, of course you can review those lessons in your spare time.

I can practice a little Chinese chit chat at the beginning at the lesson. And being older, sometimes I have difficulties understanding the differences in sentence structures. It takes me a while to “get it”. Their consultants are patient and help me find my path to understanding.

Last but not least the administration staff Amanda and Brenda have been the best group I’ve ever worked with. Because sometimes I struggle, they help me get the consultants and lessons I need for success. I love’em.

I have found TutorMing platform to be convenient, engaging and very enjoyable. I never thought I would learn Chinese language as quickly as I am through TutorMing, and it really helps to have lessons over their own online class classroom with a native Chinese instructor based in China. Great customer support and professional service.

Excellent platform and value for money. Highly recommend to give it a go. I've had over 250 plus lessons and will keep going. The lessons are interesting and tailored to individual interest. Maddie C is my requested teacher, though the others are just as good.

I really enjoyed using TutorMing. The teacher was excellent. I mentioned that I was struggling with pronunciation and she took the time to help me with this. It's a safe environment for me to practice without feeling embarrassed or have any repercussions. I appreciate the way the teacher helps me and the privacy of the online courses!

I really like the whole package and experience!

Teachers - great, very clear, friendly, good energy, and experienced.

Course materials - relevant, practical with good pictures/graphics, english and pinyin support.

Homework - i like having the homework to reinforce what was learned in class. I prefer more, but that's just me.

Customer Support - all communications have been fast, friendly, clear, helpful.

Scheduling - this is probably one of the key attractive points, very easy to schedule classes to fit my schedule and at short notice.

Pricing - it is a good investment, and a lot cheaper than face-to-face classes.

Technology - very smooth, stable and clear. I like the layout of the screen being able to see the teacher and also having the teacher make annotations on the screen / teaching materials.

Excellent online course with face to face teachers. Great interface as the video is recorded and you have access as well to the material used during the course with the teacher annotations.
Tutorming customer service is just amazing, I have never seen a so fast and efficient Customer Service in any other company.
The only part I think could be improved is to have program for HSK (should come soon) and better homework.
I higly recommend to anyone who wants to learn chinese mandarin.

Tutorming is a great platform to learn Chinese. The teachers are awesome and fun. The material is nice and it is possible to rewatch the class later (as well as download the material).

Tutor Ming has excellent teachers, interesting course material, and complete scheduling flexibility. Customer service is also first rate. They respond to any question quickly and professionally. Tutor Ming is wonderful!

Tutorming compared to normal language schools provides much more flexibility for a fraction of the price. You always have Mandarin native speakers to teach you at each class.
Plus the customer service representatives are always very nice and helpful in case there are any problems.

TutorMing consistently has excellent teachers, interesting class material, and is great for me for practicing Chinese conversation on a regular basis. I've been using the platform for many years for this purpose, and continue to do so because it's consistently excellent.

I enjoy my classes and think the teachers are very professional and friendly. The customer service is great. It is a little pricey and it's a shame that you can't buy the classes is small bundles.

Learning chinese with Tutor Ming is very enjoyable.
The technical problems I experienced when I started have almost vanished. Most of the learning material is interesting. And the ability to book classes every day at any time is very valuable ! From time to time a mistake happens in the correction of the homework but perfection is hard to reach !

Signing up with Tutorming at the beginning of my Mandarin learning journey was easily the best educational investment I've made in years. I first started with their Value 30 plan due to a short-term commitment and a lucrative Black Friday deal. Inevitably, I got hooked up and ended up with signing up for a 6-months Starter Package, which I have since been extending every time I've run out of credits. By having 4 classes per week within 2 years and with a fair amount of perseverance, I'm now very comfortable having a chat in Chinese in a variety of subjects, like everyday life, travel, sports, and work. Pros: 1. Highly professional and very amicable native Mandarin-speaking teachers. Not a single time did I not enjoy my class. All of them are highly supportive and encouraging, always adjusting their speaking speed and vocabulary as you increase your Mandarin level. They provide you immediate feedback during the class to correct your pronunciation or grammar mistakes, which lets you improve class by class 2. The platform itself is just superb. In the beginning, I was apprehensive of having the classes online as it was my first experience of this sort ever. But this approach turned out to be just so good. The reason is that you have every class material saved after the class along with the comments typed on the slides by the consultant, which is a great way to add to your vocabulary and grammar. On top of that, you have access to the video recording of the class, so you can watch it later and review the class anytime you fancy. 3. The materials are fun, using a fair amount of repetition to make sure that whatever you learn sticks. They gradually increase in complexity following your progress in the language. What I particularly enjoy is the variety of topics, so you learn a very broad range of vocabulary on various subjects. 4. You can schedule classes 24/7, so there's never a chance that you can say to yourself "Today I don't have time for that" 5. Extension bonuses and perks. You are likely to get more classes than you've signed up and paid for. 6. Last but not least, is their customer support (customer protection as they call it). They are fast to respond and efficient. Cons: 1. You can't choose the consultant for the class, so you may turn up having different teachers for your classes. At first, I was not very comfortable with that, but then as I got to know all the consultants (I think I've had classes with around 10-12 of them), I've got very comfortable and now I think it's actually good to have classes with different teachers as it gives you a chance to get exposed to various pronunciations, which is good for your Chinese. 2. The classes are on the pricier side. But if you make use of their one-time payoff proposal, it may end up a little cheaper per class. 3. Turns out learning Mandarin is highly addictive, so be ready to make some room in your life:-)

The bottom line is: go for it if you can afford it, Tutornming is definitely value for money given the quality of the classes and all the materials you've got after each class. And I'm pretty confident Tutorming is head and shoulders above all competition in terms of quality and price.
