Mark soon sussed out the problem (which was not what I thought it was!). And then fixed it very quickly. The masthead aerial power supply had failed.

Easy to contact and arrange a visit. Excellent service by a knowledgeable engineer. Inspected and repaired our system promptly and with excellent results in time to watch the world cup. Cost was as quoted and we are very pleased with the service. Highly Recommended.

Good communication. Very friendly installer. I am currently bed bound and am unable to mobilise. Phoned on arrival to get permission to just open the door. Installation was very quick

We had an engineer remove a redundant satellite dish including the pole, bracket etc from our chimney. We were quoted £150 inc vat for the job. The engineer arrived around the time stated and was able to complete the job the same day. The work was completed efficiently and the engineer was polite and friendly. The down side was being left with the dish and pole etc to dispose of ourselves. Having paid £150 for the job which is possibly on the expensive side, we would have expected the items to be taken away.

Excellent service, messaged to advise time of arrival and was within 10 minutes, investigated the problem and solved within 20 minutes,very professional, would certainly recommend his service

So disappointed, initial service was great but fault recurred in a day and I cannot get any response to get them back to sort it out. £200 wasted, don't use this company.

It was easy to arrange for an engineer to call. The appointment was made at a time that worked for me. He arrived within the advised timeframe,was polite and careful. He tested my existing system and advised what was faulty. He gave me 3 options to rectify the fault but didn't push for the work to be done. I agreed the quote and the work was completed there and then. Really nice chap to deal with. Overall experience was extremely positive.

Arrangements for moving my satellite dish were made very quickly. Kept up to date on the morning the job was happening to give a rough timescale. Job done quickly and efficiently.
