The customer chat is fantastic—thanks, Lisa!!!

My experience today was fantastic! Lisa was a total gem, and I'm glad I got to work with her. She was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she kept me informed of what she was doing and then patiently guided me through the payment process. I was especially grateful that she let me take the time to confirm everything with her first, and then gave me detailed instructions on what to expect next. Thank you so much for your help today, Lisa!!!

I've now had a chance to interact with two people from this company's customer chat, and they've both been brilliant—shoutout to Marvi from last time!

Also, as an aside: as a fellow lady stoner, I really appreciate that it's not all dudes in their customer chats, hahaha.

I placed an order for a Dr Dabber

I placed an order for a Dr. Dabber device on April 16 because it was clearly listed as in stock. I was also told it would ship between April 17–18.

That never happened.

As of today, the item still hasn’t shipped. There has been no proactive communication, no clear explanation, and no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get vague updates with no actual fulfillment.

Instead of fixing the problem, I was offered a 5–15% coupon toward a future purchase. That is not a resolution. Asking a customer to spend more money after failing to deliver on an existing paid order is unacceptable.

Advertising products as “in stock” when they are not, and then missing promised shipping timelines, is misleading and erodes trust. Whether this is poor inventory management or something more concerning, the outcome for the customer is the same.

At this point, I am preparing to proceed with a chargeback and file formal complaints with consumer protection agencies if this is not resolved by this timeframe provided most recently.

I strongly recommend others avoid ordering here unless they are willing to risk delays, inaccurate stock information, and lack of accountability.

Unfortunately, the item ordered was on backorder and the incoming shipment was held up beyond our control due to transit delays. While we did our best to keep the product page and ETAs updated as new information became available, we understand this still resulted in disappointment and inconvenience on your end.

Given the delay, we had upgraded the order to Expedited shipping at no additional cost once dispatched. However, we completely understand that you did not wish to wait any longer and opted to cancel the order instead. Your refund request was processed immediately upon request.

It is never our intention to delay orders for customers, though unfortunately transit and supplier delays can occasionally occur with high-demand products.

We sincerely apologize again for the experience and appreciate the feedback.

I gave a 3 star review because it took 8 days and was defective

I gave a 3 star review because shipping could have been faster. I ordered on a Monday and it didn’t ship until the following Thursday, arriving at my home 8 days after purchase. Also got a bum proxy. I think puffco uses 3rd party vendors to pawn off their defective devices. Anytime I’ve ordered from puffco directly I’ve never had a problem. Both times I’ve used a 3rd party I’ve been shipped defective junk. Thanks Jolly Roger

Regarding the shipping timeline, after placing your order on Monday, you reached out to request a cancellation, so we placed the order on hold as requested. Later that same day, you contacted us again to let us know you’d changed your mind and wanted to proceed with the order. As a result, the order was shipped the following business day, and tracking shows it was delivered within 3 business days, in line with the selected shipping method of 2-5 business days.

As for the device, we’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues. We can assure you we do not sell defective units — all products are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. That said, defects can occasionally happen, and we’re absolutely here to help resolve this for you.

Do not order from this site if you are in Australia. Your order will not make it and they will not offer any kind of refund.

We do regularly ship to Australia, however, all international orders are subject to local import laws and customs regulations. Unfortunately, in this case, the package was seized by customs, which is outside of our control.

As outlined in our policy, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by customs actions. That said, if the package is returned to us, we’ll absolutely issue a refund for the item once it arrives back at our warehouse.

Very Good Experiences (TVape.ca)

I have ordered from TVape.ca in the past with much success. I just placed an order very recently and received my package very quickly, just like the last time. I did have a few questions during the ordering process and used their 'Chat' feature on the website. An agent called Marvilyn was courteous, professional and very helpful. The whole experience was enjoyable and I will most definitely order from TVape.ca again. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.
