Make sure they got your shit correct
Employee assumed incorrect address i had from the site when trying to order so my package didn’t even arrive to my address and got seized in the middle. Offer the most minimal to nonexistent warranty if you never end up receiving your package, your on your own for that one.

When the delivery issue arose, our team proactively reached out to assist you in resolving it with the post office directly, as once a package is handed to the carrier, we have limited ability to intervene.
We also want to note that according to the tracking information on your order, the package was successfully picked up by you from the post office.

Replacement burner easy
