Feels like a data-harvesting scam.

Feels like a data-harvesting scam.
They forced me to provide my SSN and a photo with my government ID, charged my credit card, and then canceled my order anyway. A completely horrible experience and a total waste of time. Stay away!

After working with customer service and…

After working with customer service and then replacing the unit with the working unit everything seems to be all right. If it wouldn't have been for the company having made the unit faulty none of this would have happened I don't blame TV. It's a good unit it came quick and on time both times if it hadn't been broken like I said none of the bad reviews or whatever happened.
