I was giving absolutely no help I tried to go online because I received a message that my banking information was incorrect and my deposit was refused it would not allow me to get in and change it I went to the chat to get customer service they told me it couldn't help me I would receive an email in a few days that's all I got in the mail with something asking me how they did and how they did was really terrible because they did absolutely nothing

Your virtual wallet is not secure

Your virtual wallet is not secure. I was having fun till my card# was compromised & these virtual thieves used a hudred plus of my card to buy various items.I do like your handicapping but I don't trust leaving my card # with you guys. I will continue to watch but unfortunately no betting.

The issue I have with this racing…

The issue I have with this racing website is you don't provide racing programs and a lot of times you go to search for programs online you can't get them so that defeats the whole purpose of trying to better horse or whatever your betting

I dont know what happened to this site…

I dont know what happened to this site ! I used to be able to pick up the phone and have any problems with my account straightened out in a few minutes. now you cant even call , they lock you out of your account for bull### reasons and make it very difficult and frustrating to correct the issue , im definitely not happy with the customer service anymore and have considered quitting horse race wagering online completely and going back to the track - to make a long story short tvg sucks now and will kill interest in horse racing from both veterans and newbie horse race wagering fans , its just not worth the time and effort to deal with tvg any longer , whatever happened or whatever changed at tvg they have ruined what used to be a simple easy to use site . Not recommended

Cannot get my winnings

I have been trying to remove my winnings this is the response. My bank says no attempts have been made to deposit funds back into the same debit card that the withdrawals came from. Greg Sanders
I'm sorry you are having trouble withdrawing your funds. I can see that both attempts failed and were added back to your TVG account. You are welcome to try withdrawing your funds again via debit card or we would be happy to mail a check to the address on file. We have no intention on preventing you from accessing your funds. Unfortunately, the last two attempts were failures and we were unable to force them through.

TVG took my money for the Derby, never allowed me to place a bet (high demand issues I assume) which would have been fine, but then never released my funds to be returned. 23 days later, they still refuse to give me my money back.
TVG used to be a trust worthy site but you can no longer reach anyone live. (I waited over 7 hours on chat - feels like a scam at this point). I was told to email support - 7 emails later, I’ve receive no response. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

It’s funny that you can reply to a review but not reply to 8 emails or 11 chats that took over 7 hours. When was a refund supposed to have happened? I don’t understand why that info couldn’t be communicated during the 19 attempts to talk to your teams. Additionally, if the withdrawal can literally fall into a black hole, NO ONE should consider using your site. 24 days later and my money is no where to be found
