Can't speak to someone directly and don't receive help felt like I was robbed when trying to withdraw my winnings instead they withdrew money from my account and told me I have to wait for it to clear....there was no reason they should've been trying to take my money when I was withdrawing my winnings horrible experience !!!!!!!!'

Derby Day Debacle

It was devastating during the derby that I could not place bets on certain races because the app kept failing. The biggest horse racing day of the year and I cannot place a bet. Plus, I did not feel that the "apology" was enough. If you spent X amount that day and clearly have demonstrated you were continuing to bet, there should have been a $ amount in your account that cannot be withdrawn, it must be bet on horses. Instead it was the money back special which was the same on derby day but not all races were able to bet on because of the failure.

Site was easy to use. Had to use credit card to fund over $300. Would not accept a bank transfer that large?

A few lags as I am sure site was busy, but overall, fine.

If you value your time do not use this app or service. Hands down some of the worst customer service ever. I only wish I could give them negative stars.

And they are good at posting these nonsense replies. They create a ‘security risk’ and then refuse to unlock your account until documents are provided. For the record, the documents were attached to an email on Derby Day and 3 days later they claim they can’t see the pictures attached to an email? So I resent 4 different times and have yet to get a response. I have requested a call back, to speak to a supervisor, and simply to have my account closed and my funds returned to me. All with no response. But you seem to have plenty of people to comment on a review - save it and actually fix your problems. People trust me - USE TWIN SPIRES!

They charge you for depositing money on this site, why even play on this site when every other betting site let's you deposit for free and can withdrawal money to paypal instead of waiting weeks for a check.(reply to below) Already talked to a customer service agent, also have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, I warn everyone to stay far away from this company
