The chain itself is stunning. However, it took significantly longer than expected to receive and there was very little communication around it. Additionally, I requested a Statement of Authenticity so that I could get the chain insured and they refused, ultimately resulting in them stopping responding to my texts. Again, the chain itself is stunning - everything around the purchase itself was less than ideal.

One of the worst by far . I placed an order on 4 29 20 with there being no alerts about delays . Two days later I recieved an email stating that do to covid 19 there will be a delay in delivery till 5 5 20 . Placed three emails and text which is thier preferred method still no response 3 days later .
