was pretty good when it started but over past few years the quality of service has slowly become more and more poor. take a look on their facebook page for the constant comments about service failures. a while back they became part of 'Pzaz TV' and service rapidly declined. most likely cost cutting on Pzaz's part.
support is lacklustre at best.
update.. tvmucho replied ''....we will surely have our service 100% operational..'' - that will be first for tvmucho, the current problems are just part of a long line of second-rate service and continual faults, usually blamed on third parties!

Great service, working perfectly
I had a few issues with "lost" recordings some time ago. The TVMucho team responded and sorted it very quickly. This year the service has been perfect! I can watch all the channels live, Later records correctly and if TVMucho continues like this I will be renewing my subscription every year.

The reviews say everything I needed to know and customers never lie. The sarcastic replies to us the reviewers given by the mucho team are very offensive and predictable. Showing little or no useful advice whatsoever.
I would recommend sacking the developers. Or better still. closing the service down completely and refunding your unsatisfied customers.
Surely the fact that you've had so many complaints and no practical advice given in return, says everything you need to know about the professional nature of a company

Very very disappointed
Very, very disappointed with this service. When it works it is superb. But far to reliant on a fast network which is not always available. Can not recommend this company to anybody who does not have a very efficient network. Others just a waste of money plus they took another years subscription without asking and I doubt that this will be refunded despite my request.

Absolute GARBAGE !
UPDATE ! After posting their reply the server is on its 5th night of not working from 10pm!!.... Absolute GARBAGE !! There's nothing MORE frustrating than waiting all evening on a programme and cannot get in withal the messing about it does rather than at very least tell you immediately there's an issue!! Which is every bloody night! And you only get told when you have to email them! Sick of it ! I'm unsubscribing from this utter rubbish & waste of money! Provide a service or don't bother wasting our time & money when we could have another reliable source to depend on!

Tv mucho used to be brilliant. Never had an issue and recommended to everyone. Then pzazz took over and it's got steadily worse and now unwatchable.....every might can't connect to server about 10pm. Same old reply from support that they understand how frustrating it is amd developers are working on it. To be fair they must be sick and tired of fending the constantl same complaints knowing they are not going to get any better and get same ones next day.. not even going to report it now as know what the reply will be and at 10pm tomorrow service will go off! can't watch any series as you never know if you'll see next episode or not! Such a shame to see a great company and product go downhill to this.

I thought the purpose of this app was to LIVE stream TV, it’s impossible when I constantly have a notification saying ‘this is taking a little longer than usual’ my internet speed is over 300mbps, cache and cookies clear! It’s absolutely rubbish. I put a show on at 10pm and it doesn’t actually load until half way through the show I want to watch. It is absurd. What is the point in paying for a service you don’t receive? Avoid avoid avoid.

BBC Considerations
Your advertising makes claims customer can: "Watch BBC One live abroad. Enjoy your favourite BBC One shows, like “Match of the day”, “Antiques Roadshow”, “Peaky Blinders”, “Countryfile” and “Eastenders” live with TVMucho!"
In your email response you say: “we are unable to provide direct access to the BBC satellite stream from the USA because the BBC has instructed us to implement stricter measures to prevent unauthorised access of their content.”
What measures are you implementing with more strict measure to prevent unauthorised access to the BBC? Was TvMucho providing unauthorised access to your customers?
Since you are not able to do as you state/claim in your advertising, how much will you be refunding to your customers?

When I first started using this service…
When I first started using this service the quality was excellent, now it is unwatchable, it buffers every few seconds, I have reported this many times and told to keep running speed tests and report them back, they don't seem to want to accept that everything else I stream is excellent but I can no longer run their service on my PC or Ipad, compared to Amazon Prime where I watched 4 episodes of Picard back to back with not one incidence of buffering.

I have been a subscriber since 2014/15 and have seen (literally watched) the transmission quality deteriorate to the point where despite clearing my cache, restarting my devices and my router...etc the quality of transmission/reception is unreliable. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, never consistently good or bad!

I would use TVmucho much more (excuse the pun) except after many years with good quality viewing of UK channels. I living in Norway have expressed a wish that they would include BBC S4C (a Welsh speaking Channel). Sadly each year, their support instantly comment that they will investigate the possibility they have never shown the courtesy to respond. Like many other customer responses it is obvious that they don't care.
Consequently, I have no use for this service other than Six Nations Rugby which span less than 2 months which is all I am willing to pay for.

Given the amount of years t.v.mucho has been operating, and obviously making profits ( recent takeover included) there can be no excuses except lack of investment for the poor quality of reception experienced wherever you watch the t.v. streaming service and although there is a access to a technical team who do acknowledge a problem with a customer when it arises and at times fix it, the overall reception is abysmally poor. Plus why do the company keep displaying nonsense notifications.

Good service, misleading customer support
I like using this service as it allows you to watch many TV channels and even record them on the cloud, very conveniently too (unlike with many other online TV services). They do have a good selection of channels, not great though, as you'll see below:
I do have a problem with this service, as they are missing SEVERAL key channels that I regularly watch that aren't on TVMucho. This includes Quest, S4C, (UKTV) W, 4Music, Food Network, Forces TV and DMAX. I mean, fair enough for W (as that channel had only recently been made free to air), but the rest are inexcusable!
There is an option to request channels over at customer support, but so far they've been useless. They say they're going to add these channels, but they never do. Absolutely useless at best, and misleading at worst.
Anyway, what I'm getting at is that these selection of channels is more of a "take it or leave it" affair, and if there's a channel you watch that's missing, you're just going to have to put up with it, and don't go bother asking, as you'll just go round in circles. Which is a shame, I must admit.

No more BBC programming, lower your prices!
I have been a happy TVMucho subscriber for many years, and I have always loved their service, price and channel selection.
Ever since PZAZ took over it’s not the same. I understand that you are having issues with copywriting, but I am no longer able to access BBC programming. Buffering seems to be getting worse, and with these issues I’m still paying the same price. Lower your prices if you are are no longer supporting BBC programming, and please remove all BBC descriptions from your website, it’s false advertising at this point.
Sadly I won’t be renewing my subscription, I am looking for another service.

Since the take over of TVMucho by Pzaz the service has got worse and worse. I can't watch a single program without it stopping and buffering all the time that it makes the program unwatchable. It doesn't happen on my Netflix or Amazon Prime so it is clearly an issue with Pzaz. I am now looking for a NEW streaming provider as this is no longer worth the money!!

I have been a subscriber to this service for the last 6-7 years, but I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription at the end of this year. Trying to watch the ITV racing this last week has been an absolute mare. Every time a race goes off, the streaming coverage starts/stops/buffers to the point that it is unwatchable, but the ads? Oh, no problem streaming those. What happened to your streaming service, TVMucho? I've tried using the app both with and without a VPN and that doesn't seem to make a lick of difference. The service has just become so poor. Why did it suddenly go down the shitter? Your app should DO what it's supposed to do - stream PROGRAMMES well enough that they're actually WATCHABLE.

OK but not that user-friendly
We've been subscribers for a couple of years, but the recent channel reorganisation means that the first page has a whole lot of news channels which are of no interest when setting up recording. And then you have to scroll past all the regional BBC channels. It's an okay app for my husband to watch his UK telly, but not very user-friendly when working from the TV
