Excellent TV service while aboard

Can’t access
Have belonged for a few months and it’s been okay, even with having to jump through all the hoops. Recorded something yesterday. Today I get ‘no viewing rights’. What is the deal? ETA: Sent an email and they replied quickly and flipped a switch on their end, and it works, for the time being at least.

Good service, good value
I'm really enjoying TV Mucho and the amount of great French channels I can now access anytime. There doesn't seem to be a subtitle option and this would be great if it were available (I understand for live TV shows/news etc this mightn't be possible but it would be really great to see this option working in general). Otherwise, it's a great service and good value.

Service has gone Wonky
I've been a customer of TVMucho for 6 years now. Any time i've had a problem with my service I was able to chat and get it resolved. Today I tried to watch live tv from the guide and I got a box pop up saying Subscription required You must subscribe to enjoy this content and a buy button. It appears that my account was pushed to an hour a day of viewing account but even that doesn't make sense because I just turned on TVMucho today. and the chat feature doesn't exist anywhere on any of their platforms, FireStick, android app or webpage.

BBC blocked channels/ Copyright issues
Hi TVMucho
The last few days now I have had to use a VPN because I was getting the message stating my TV was not available in my country or region without it. I'm in Germany and it was never an issue before. So I paid for expenses VPN now I get some channels but others have been blocked. Especially the BBC ones. 90% of my viewing was BBC programmes. So I geuss If the issues with copyright and the BBC are not resolved I will have to leave TVMUCHO and not renew in September.

Don't waste your money on this
Don't waste your money on this. They don't provide the technical infrastructure for it to work. You just end up getting frustrated and angry when not able to watch something you have been looking forward to (e.g. Wimbledon) - life is too short to sit and watch a spinning satellite!. Please - everyone cancel your subscriptions and support another service that delivers!
UPDATE I submitted a report online - they emailed to say I had poor internet, with a cut-and-paste image showing less than 1MBPS speed - fortunately I know how to run internet speed tests and did so - I have more than 10MBPS!

Tvmucho has been down all weekend which means I had no tv. I contacted them via email and live chat but I've heard nothing back. Their customer service is non existent and I'm completely disgusted with them.

EPG data not avaiable
Due to the time difference between UK and Thailand, where I live, I don't watch any tv programs live. All my programs are recorded overnight so I can watch the next day.
Since Sunday, I as others, have been unable to record any programs as the guide shows EPG data not available. Without the record feature TVMucho is of no use to me whatsoever.

However, starting this week, we've been unable to schedule recordings through the electronic program guide beyond this coming sunday. All the time slots after that say "EPG Not available". I've tried on multiple devices (including accessing through on a computer web browser) but the same result.
There's no communication about this. Is this a temporary glitch, or are we losing the ability to schedule recordings?

Very Positive Experience
So, I started subscribing on a monthly bases tail end of 2022 having initially used the TVMucho free 1hour daily slot to ‘test’. Living in central Portugal I am still fortunate to get very good internet service through ‘MEO’ and used their bundle (tv, phone & internet) to get a selection of cable channels but missed having UK standard selection. TVMucho meant I did not need ANY additional equipment as I already had an Android compatible TV and I can also browse TV on my IPAD / phone virtually anywhere where there’s internet (when not using main TV i.e for my package it will work on one chosen device).
It also appears to have got more stable - sure there has been the odd glitch where I have to come out and re-sign back into TVMucho or the TV channel would freeze but this in fairness, has been very minimal. Early in 2023 I opted to sign up for 1 year service and this has proven in past 6 months very useful - no monthly bills and the service has been excellent.
For me, TVMucho has been a great asset and I would encourage anyone with reservations to give it a go (on bases you have good internet).

Fraud, cancelled but still charged
Unable to watch the service due to my internet speed, I am still being charged for a service every month even though it was cancelled. I have contacted regularly but still taking money, the debit is from bank card so can’t be stopped without stopping my card. It’s fraud !

I left TV Mucho 5 years ago but I am still being bombarded by emails asking me to rejoin. I have asked them to stop but still it carrys on. Almost like harrassment

Great service: Good No PayPal: Bad
Before I begin let me just say service-wise TV Mucho are great, little to no buffering and good service. However, I have also been requested to hand over credit card details ASAP. The reason people use PayPal is because it is SAFE. How many companies do we hear are hacked? PayPal are pretty darn safe and it's a shame that TVMucho are insisting that CC details are handed over. Just not comfortable doing this which is a shame as I like TV Mucho but don't feel comfortable handing CC details.

Warning ! Very Bad Customer service
I am writing this review as I stopped using TVmucho for more than a year because it was rubbish french channels buffering and freezing all the time on Apple devices and TV on 4G and on 50 Mbps wifi. Since then I have unsubscribe to their email list and send dozens of emails to their support customer service to stop sending emails but it is still happening it's unbearably online harassment I have enough so I decided to write a review that may invite TVMusho to unsubscribe me. Obviously I am very unhappy.

Have used TVMucho for some time with no issues, suddenly we can no longer pay by PayPal and have been told to send them credit card details. It’s a shame as the system was good but the payment change doesn’t sound right and we don’t feel comfortable in paying them direct via card.
We’ve reworked this review based on feedback from TVMucho, once they get PayPal back online for payment then we would consider them again.
