I have the same problem as another reviewer since you changed things in October I can’t sign in I’ve changed password and still it keeps going back to sign in page. This is only since you changed it in October and I wasn’t here then to do it I have had conversations with you about it and I just feel you have washed your hands of it with me I even told you the box I’m using and all I got was ‘as we said previously our engineers are trying to resolve it’. I only come out maybe 3 times a year and it was lovely to switch on the tv and there you were. Very disappointed

Dreadful support, 24 hours and counting, cannot log in, takes email and password, goes to site then back to log in time and time again.Just changed password to see if that would help, no. This happened last time you changed from using a code to email, Very very dissapointed

Got sick and tired of seeing that satellite thing all the time and when it does come back up doesnt continue where you left off so you miss alot...usually just as someone is about to score or the murderer is revealed. never seems to happen over the ads much though. Total rubbish and a waste of money...
Sent them numerous complaints about the low uptime...all you get is a daft little thing...that says things like shoveling more coal on the servers. All that does is wind you up after that joke wears thin.
Get your service sorted out...
Was with transponder tv before and never had a frown with that, but they seem allergic to money now and wont take mine as they say they are upgrading the service and you can be billed in two weeks for about the last year, but this service is is just crap and so frustrating and not worth the money.
Oh and by the way if you are about to say my internet is too slow, never have a problem with either facebook video or YouTube. just your sh*te site...

Good when it works but very unreliable. Exactly as I said 2 years ago. UNRELIABLE. Every day there is some problem-transmission failure, bad reception, no sound, almost every day I am asked to log-in again, at the moment I cant log-in because my data are not being accepted. I am trying to watch snooker but EVERY day this week there have been problems. I have never seen a match to the end. Tonight I am missing the final because I cant log in. As soon as I can find an alternative I will cancel my subscription.

What makes all these "entitled" 1 star-rating people feel like they deserve something for free. You don't! Get over yourselves!
I moved to TVMucho from Transponder a few months back and have only had a good experience. It's not perfect and there are a few frustrating issues but for the money, i can hardly complain considering how much viewing pleasure it has given me.
I'm not keen on the issue that i have to log in pretty much everyday with username and password. Why can't it just remember me. Other than that, i'm satisfied! I do not use the record feature so cannot comment if that works well.

I can't believe the criticism Mucho is getting here. So many complaining about the free hour having being taken away. I'm having trouble with Mucho freezing, but mostly it's okay. What do you all expect for €7.90 a month? That's less than €2 a week! Filmon is very good but costs 4 times as much. Give credit where credit is due.For this money I don't expect a problem free service but if (when) you experience a problem, Mucho service will answer you almost immediately! Stop mouning you tight lot!

I am amazed at how many people are moaning about the removal of the free hour.
What's to moan about - it was free & now it's not. It's a business & has to make a profit or it's not a business any more. The free hour was intended to allow customers to get an impression of what the paid for service is like. 90% of the 1 star rating are from "customers" who think it's a free service. I can't see why they should be allowed to review the service When they've never paid for it
I've used TVMucho for about 10 year & we have had a few problems but the whole service is improving all the time.
For me it's great value for money - I remember the panic in europe when astra 2d went down. We now have a service that beats the quality of astra 2d (as in it's still there when it rains)
I don't think having to pay for a service can be classed as a complaint - if Tesco gave away free pies & then charged again the next day would that warrant a complaint against them.
There are loads of dodgy boxes out there that will get you thousands of channels - must of them last about 6 months & then disappear. TV Mucho is doing it's best to provide a legitimate service for clients outside their own country & I think they do a good job.

i’ve been a paying customer for a long time but lately it’s utterly frustrating trying to watch a recording. i noticed the response to a similar review where they state that there is no problem with the recordings. almost every single recording i’ve tried watching over the last two weeks has shown a problem! it freezes, buffers, comes back, buffers again and often freezes completely! sometimes it won’t even start! i’ve written to their customer service (which is actually pretty good, ie quick responses) and they are apparently aware of the recording problems, which have been reported to their developers.
it used to be an excellent service but has deteriorated over the last few months.
i don’t mind paying for a (good!) service but this is getting seriously frustrating.

Service too hit-and-miss for the price charged
I joined just before the World Cup, specifically to watch matches. I did not have a problem with the paid subscription and I understood that the removal of the "free hour per day" offer was to prevent the service being overwhelmed during the World Cup. However as a paying customer I was disappointed that I often could not connect to matches on RTE2 or BBC/ITV or, if I could connect the connection would get interrupted several times during the match. I know that this was down to numbers connecting because often I would end up watching the match on German TV and this would not get interrupted. As a paid service this is not good enough. If I pay for a service I should be able to access it whenever I want. This is too expensive a product to get hit-or-miss service. I have ended my subscription.

I want to deactivate the account
I didn't used much tvmucho so I don't have issues with their service till now and it was good that I could record a show to watch later. I think it is their right to charge the service but on their site it is still up that with a free membership you have up to 1 hour a day, every day to watch.
Now there are no more free memberships and I couldn't find a way to deactivate my account.
I'm using a laptop.

Nice while it lasted
I am a bit bemused that some people are giving them one-star reviews because they have started charging. It's a business, they are within their rights to ask for money. Personally, €7.99 a month is too much for me because I just used to turn the app on and channel surf a bit, and I would love them to do a €1 a month option for an hour of viewing time a week or something, but in the meantime I will say I always thought it was pretty amazing that it was free before - I certainly can't find anything remotely similar for nothing. If you want British TV access 24/7, I think the video quality was great and the interface was nice (weird channel order aside!)

False advertising
This company is a complete waste of time. 1 hr free viewing a day has been cancelled but they are still advertising it. It has been replaced with a 7 day trial period of 15 free minutes a day. Really... shame on you Mucho .. what can I possibly watch in just 15 minutes... money grabbing app. Goodbye Mucho.

So that's it then: TV Mucho decided to stop the 1-hour free access for good. It's in their right, of course, but the fact they did it without announcing to the free subscribers and used the World Cup as an excuse, just goes to show what a crappy company they are. 1-hour free was all I needed, and their platform instability didn't do much to convince me to part with my money for a paid subscription. Good riddance, TV Mucho. It was good while it lasted.

irish channels gone and no more free hour
I was going to subscribe a few months ago but all virgin channel's Ireland were removed and replaced by bbc channel's, how ridiculous is that.now just checked and no free hour either the world cup finished yesterday Can tv mucho clarify if the free hour has been cancelled for customers?

Disgraceful false advertising
This used to be good service and the free hour was great but now this has been taken away, originally the excuse was the world cup, but now that is over its still not back so world cup was never the reason!! it's also false advertising as the free hour is still being promoted on the website. I always suspected the free hour wouldn't return in December and world cup was just an excuse to get people to pay, if this is the case then just be honest and state it's a fully paid service on your website!!
