I cannot imagine what could induce reputable physicians to abandon their practices and become hucksters, selling penny antibiotics for $300 or worthless "weight loss" drops. (If I ever need the former, I'll simply ask my internist to write me some CIPRO "for a rainy day.") I am certain The Wellness Company will presently be selling "magic holy water" like Peter Popoff Ministries.
(BTW, I have a suggestion that should be far cheaper than weight loss drops: PUSH YOURSELF AWAY FROM THE TABLE. "Oh, but I have GLANDULAR problems!" they'll protest--while downing the day's eighth box of Hostess Cupcakes.)
My husband retired so I am no longer insured by his company and Obama care has made private pay insurance so expensive, I cannot afford it. The Wellness kit has been a lifesaver to treat my reoccurring sinus infections.
I had a little trouble navigating the site the first time but the online customer support was very responsive. Even the AI was great.

Their overpriced supplement for hair loss gave me extreme Diarrhea and they offer no refunds which is not made obvious when purchasing.

Justin was very clear and thorough with the process.
I was surprised to see 3 stars. I had nothing but a great experience with TWC.. very helpful, always able to reach a live person when I called. Immediately responded when I emailed. Friendly Professional Service. No complaints!!! 5 Stars
wellness co the worst customer service I have ever experienced
I received my kit after speaking with a doc via telephone. I explained my allergies in that conference. I received my kit after a long wait. The one time I needed it, I looked into everything in the kit and they do not include any substitutes for meds you might be allergic to. None of the meds in there were suitable for what my issue was at the time. There is no discount if you don't get the full kit. They don't tell you on the phone that you will not get a suitable substitute for the meds that you're allergic to either. Paid full price for an incomplete kit. No happy about that.
The Wellness Company deserves this 5Star review. Their products are great and customer service gold star as well. The Wellness Company is exceptional in educating the public and assuring the correct wellness plan for all. Thank you for being a trusted part of my healthcare journey! Vicki
Ordered product beginning of Oct 2025. Went into my account 10/28/25 to cancel the next order, for Nov 1, along with cancellation of the product. Dec 1 received an email they are getting my order ready to ship. Called them and they said I cancelled my “membership, not my subscription”. I didn’t have a membership and explained that. When I asked what was this supposed “membership” I cancelled was for, they said it was for discounts on the products. Complete unethical business practice since their memberships are $99 and up, which was never something i purchased. Furthermore why would I cancel a discount membership and still order product! I’m disgusted and have fought this for months between Mastercard and The Wellness Co. & can’t get any support! They never sent the product and I’m out $533.74! DO NOT BUY FROM THE WELLNESS CO. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT SEND THE PRODUCT,
I have found their products to be of excellent quality and have recommended them to multiple people seeking quality anti parasitics.
Before reviewing the product(s) I have used or ordered I just want to say that communication with the company has been both timely and thorough. This gives me confidence going forward to order additional items.
So far I have been using the toothpaste and will continue with it. I have on hand a medical kit with medications for serious infections. I plan to purchase two more medical kits for family members. I appreciate the access to these medications.
So far I'm very impressed. My order came very quickly and when I had a question the Dr. responded online within a couple of hours at most.
Customer service is prompt, but my current issue is still unresolved. In the past my experiences have been great - I have ordered med/travel kits, and they were sent without issue, but I ordered 5 kits in one order, received one (which took a few weeks), and then received another today (but I'm still missing 3, so having to contact them again. One kit was sent missing a medication, which they sent me separately promptly. Ordering refills has been a complicated process, but I also understand the potential medical liability of sending prescription medications to people that can be used w/o a timely medical evaluation of the condition to confirm the appropriateness of use, potentially. My experiences with urgent cares and ER's since COVID have all been very frustrating and expensive, and I have often seen other people charged ridiculous amts to be seen and not receive any care of consequence - the current standards of care in CO are questionable, the quality of care very poor. Many people have been hospitalized b/c they presented with an infection that required antibiotics, and they were blown off presumptively 'viral' until they were so bad they nearly died, driving people with severe viral infections to not go in until it's too late to use antivirals, also. It's a losing proposition - I'm grateful for The Wellness Center model and access to actual health care. Most of the medications in the kits we are highly unlikely to ever need - it would be great if there was some customization on the kit orders, but I can understand why there wouldn't be.
My sick/dying father ordered emergency kits from this company. Being 80 years old did not see or understand the fine print. Paid over $900 for these kits we never received. Called the company for refund customer service said to fill out paperwork in the email. I filled out the email did not feel like my parents understood all what was involved immediately called customer service back and said no, we want a refund. We don’t want a doctors call over the phone. We don’t want any of that. Please cancel and refund this please. She said sure I will escalate this and we will email you tomorrow never received an email. My Father passed away soon after. Credit card statement came in with $900 still on it from this company. No phone calls. No emails. Disputed with credit card company. The wellness company submitted “evidence” basically what made the company look good saying we didn’t follow through. I AM SO SORRY, WHAT? I asked for to to stop everything and wanted a refund. NEVER GOT THE “doctors” phone call, or the customer service email, OR EVE THE PRODUCT!!! THE WELLNESS COMPANY IS THE ONE WHO FAILED TO FOLLOW THROUGH.

I needed to contact customer service and had a wonderful experience! The interaction was quick and professional. I am very pleased!
This company states to allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after the Dr consultation, it's been nearly 5.
I called their customer service number twice. The 1st representative made me feel as though I was a burden to her, the 2nd rep was more cordial.
Today I filled a dispute with my bank and coincidentally I received an email from TWC stating that my order was shipped.
After spending $500.00 on a product, I would expect prompt delivery and better customer service, even an email saying we haven't forgot about you would go a long way.
MOST PATHETIC COMPANY!
Placed my order for a cream on April 15th. For more than 2 months now I've been asking them to get a refund since they're not shipping my order.... every time they refuse... well now it's been more than 2 months and I've had enough...
I am excited to work with the Wellness Company. I am able to have access to information and medications that I can use in a variety of health situations promptly. I appreciate the information and advice.
First off I love their products! I recently had an issue with shipping and the Wellness Company was extremely professional and quick to resolve the issue! Thank you!
