I purchased a Santa Cruz Nomad and agreed on a few spec upgrades with a trade‑in on the unwanted components. The deal felt fair and was easy to reach.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear updates on how everything was progressing. The bike arrived promptly and was very well packaged.
There was a slight issue with one component not matching the advertised spec, but this was handled quickly and professionally with a next‑day courier. Overall, I would highly recommend Tweed Valley... thanks Guys!
