SCAM! It charge me even though I canceled already! I email and asked so many times to refund but they replied with templates. I have to block my credit card! UNETHICAL!

IT A SCAM I paid the life long plan it is still impossible to delete all post because it doesnt scan all tweet but only the latest few AND even to delete like 50 posts its insanely slow and buggy AVOID!!!!!!

Zero Stars. They claim it can delete likes. TweetDelete cannot delete likes on large X accounts. They don't explain this unless you dig deep into their FAQ. They then say their T&C's state a no refund policy when you ask for your money back.
If you reading this because you are unhappy with them, write to them asking for a refund. When they refuse, raise a dispute with your card provider. AI will help you construct your claim. It's not a lot of money for the hassle, but don't back down, don't let them get away with it.

Must be a SCAM, they can't be this incompetent. I cancelled my susbscription and they continued to charge me, despite emailing to confirm that I wouldn't be charged again. I complained and they said they didn't have enough information to investigate why they were still charging me. So I sent screenshots of the charges. They continued to charge me each month. Eventually they said they would cancel the subscription again and sent me a condecending email about how 'forgetting about autorenewal is easy' and refusing to refund me. And then they charged me AGAIN the following month.

Total Scam!! Dont be surprised when you see a large charge in your account for a service that doesn't work.

Can't upload my twitter archive, it says %0 always.

They lock their service behind a paywall, and once I paid for it, turned out they could only trace as far back as last year instead of older years

Doesn't work past 1 month of tweets. Contacted support who were quite helpful at first but when it appeared that they could help no further they claimed they passed my onto a higher level support. I have not heard anything for two weeks now. Not worth it.

They have just taken a shed load of money out of my account without my authorisation or my say so. I have no active subscription of any kind with them. Utterly Appalled . Do not use them.

Horribly unethical company that will continue to try and charge your card even after you have cancelled your subscription and have mailed support multiple times. Be extremely careful giving this company payment details.

Doesn't do the one thing it says it does. Avoid.

Scammers. They won't let you upload your archive. Never waste your time and money on this shitass platform.

I deleted my account but a year later I got a bill and they they will continue to charge me every year because i don't have have an X account. I will need to cancel my card over this. X is a swap under musk and they are a partner!

I subscribed to Tweet Delete to delete all of my past tweets (20k+ of them). The initial delete function only deleted ~800 tweets and then seemed not to load any additional ones. I requested my archive from Twitter and followed the procedure to upload that, per the help information which said this would delete all my tweets. The upload errored out multiple times so I contacted support. I received an email asking for screenshots and more info. I replied to that email with the requested information. I then received the first email—again—in response. I sent a couple more emails asking for clarification/timeframes for response and only received vague "your patience is appreciated" responses.

Very confusing website. I asked to delete almost all my tweets "everything over 2 months old" and it only supposedly deleted 100 items after 2 hours. I sent in my dissatisfaction with the service and was denied refund. I do not recommend this service.

The premium service did not activated after purchase. They just took my money and give nothing in return. Support is giving standard answers without really looking into the issue. Dont fall for the 5 star reviews, just read them, they are written by AI or marketing specialists. Bobody real talks like that. Thank God there is Paypal or Chargebacks on Revolut and those guys helped me get the money back by force. SCAM!

Rip off merchants. Used their service, canceled it. But they still took the renewal and refused to refund it despite never logging in in an entire year. Their first round of support was automated nonsense before they refused to refund. Had to get the money back from my account.

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying a yearly package for my g.daughter. It states it deletes older tweets,it doesn't. My g,daughter wanted to restart her X page, but had over 8000 tweets, it removed 1000 or so and nothing more. The file they tell you to upload to remove your old tweets doesn't exist when you receive the file from X. These scam artists just keep saying the same old rubbish telling you it's your fault. I use PayPal for such purchases and will make a claim. Win or not, these fiends need people to let X know it works for recent tweets, not older ones!

Purchased their lifetime package, clicked a button to attempt to delete said tweets and the process completeted instantly.

No tweets deleted, no change impacted - but now my "one time deletion" was gone.

Purchased a better service at redact dev and requested a refund.

The "Premium" support did not respond until the next day, and ignored my request for refund, ignored my issue with the functionality, and informed me how I could "do it properly next time".

Refused the refund outright, said the company policy is to never issue them.
