I cleared out older posts that didn’t feel relevant anymore. The profile now feels more current without losing its core.

I was mostly looking for a practical way to remove older posts in bulk. It did what I needed without making it complicated.

This app just got the job done. No bs, no fake promises. Cleaned my feed fast.

Their pricing is very scummy. The list a per day price and even if you cancel on the same day, they charge you 60 dollars. Scam practices.

I needed something to bulk delete my tweets, and TweetDelete technically worked. But I had to run it in a few times before it cleared everything. Not super intuitive for beginners. Still better than deleting tweets one by one.

As someone juggling multiple social projects, my feed was packed with outdated opinions. Tweet Eraser shredded years of old posts instantly and gave my timeline a spotless look. The filtering tools made targeting exactly what I wanted gone a breeze.. f

I signed up for this service to delete Tweets from a specific time period which TweetDelete advertised they did. As soon as I paid for a membership and tried, it said I could only delete all Tweets.
Support was unhelpful and said that’s a feature they are currently working on. The advertising is deceptive and I was not refunded for my membership.
To make matters worse after cancelling my membership I was charged for two more cycles regardless. I tried cancelling again and it says my membership is still active. I suggest doing a chargeback to recover your funds.
Tweet Deleter made deleting years of old tweets so easy. I didn’t have to overthink anything. Just set my filters, previewed, and deleted in one go.

File upload never worked, contacted support multiple times and they did nothing at all, just told me to keep doing the same thing. Their app is garbage and it ripped me off. Asked for a refund but they refused. Absolutely deplorable experience and hard earn money is gone forever for literally nothing.

Don't get fooled by the displayed price — they take advantage of it to bill you an annual rate that's actually much more expensive. And when you try to get a refund, they just tell you that you should have read the terms and conditions... which, of course, almost nobody does. They’re counting on exactly that. It's pure scam. Go with competitors instead who charge, for example, €2/month but are completely transparent and don’t play games with the fine print!
I requested deletion of my data and they never responded back. The only thing they sent me were automatic generated emails with offers to get to my money and no action whatsoever to delete my data which they process unlawfully. And now theyre trying to get even more data from me to verify my review.
Do not give your data to this scam company.
If you were a decent company, you would have answered one of my email requests without needing extra info after a bad review.

Tweetdelete is a revolting company that operates without principles. It does not care if its product does not work. I had asked for even the first payment to be refunded when I realised their product does not work. At that time I also asked them to delete my account (which was pointless because it doesn't work). Support staff are only there to protect payments. Now a year on, they have now taken a repeat amount that I did not subscribe to, from an account that I had asked to be deleted, stating that I had a subscription I most certainly did not have. I do not even have an X account - and in any case, as I do not even have an X account they have zero right to bill me as if they are providing a service, when patently they cannot provide a service if I am not even on X.

Garbage sevice that deletes a small amount of Tweets and then just stops. Contacted service and they were useless. A ripoff

This site is useless. Even with a paid subscription, it only detects about 100 tweets. That’s it. Avoid it at all costs.
It’s no surprise there are so many complaints about the site continuing to charge users after cancellation. You can’t even remove your credit card details from your account. That’s not an accident, that’s predatory design. At worst, it’s deliberately trapping users and mishandling customer data. Either way, don’t give them your money or your card details.
Being charged more often than was supposed to. Contact with customer support is no ongoing for more than 10 (!!!) months. Every time I need to ask for an update myself and all the response I'm getting is that they will give an update when the billing department gives them an update. Sometimes an occasional 'please profide more documents' comes through, even though I already provided all the documents I can multiple times.
Avoid this company.
I originally signed up last year. I signed up to pay monthly and the site took a yearly payment.
Of course I asked for it to be cancelled - because there was no cancel option on the interface.
A WHOLE YEAR LATER AND IVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN. It took 2 weeks and 11 emails to cancel my subscription because the button is not showing on your site. You have charged me twice - without my permission - since I originally cancelled last year and are refusing to refund.

THE MOST AWFUL SOFTWARE SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
The product will not work, so contacted customer support. Been in a over 2 month email loop with customer support not fixing anything, repeatedly asking if I'm a paid customer (I am and have proved with screenshots etc) and just overall ignoring me. Sometimes they never even respond. I'm out of money and have ABOSLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT

Reply from Tweetdelete
It's a SCAM. There's a reason there are so many people on here saying that they keep charging your credit card even though you canceled. Even changing my credit card number didn't help; they figured out a way to keep charging my card anyway. I don't even know how. Stay far far away from this site.

Customer service has been terrible!
Through my own mistake, I accidentally paid for the annual subscription. The pricing is displayed on a per day basis, but they actually charge annually. I was reviewing the cost, noticed it was extremely high, and went to press the power button to turn off my screen. Unfortunately, I accidentally double pressed the button, and the Apple Pay payment went through.
I reached out to explain the situation that I had made the payment by mistake and wanted a refund since I do not plan on using the service. They responded by saying they do not offer refunds, which is fair and I understand. I then asked if they could at least convert my plan to a monthly subscription and credit me back for the remaining months. They said they would check with the technical team, but it has been over a week and I have not heard back.

I had a massive X archive to clean up, and TweetDelete handled it flawlessly. Bulk deletion saved me so much time. Highly recommend!!
