Many thanks for your help. I really like Twinkl and their materials, which is why I created a Twinkl account. I signed in with my Apple account once without realizing it would create a subscription. After that, I noticed that my account had been charged.
I contacted the support team, and they responded to my email very quickly and resolved the issue. I really appreciate their excellent customer service.

Brilliant customer service from Twinkl, prompt and with good communication. I was initially concerned it would be generic emails however, it was a real human who was able to help me with my issue very promptly, with straightforward communication and even on a Saturday :-)
