Twinkle genuinely care
Twinkl genuinely care about their customers. When I contacted customer services, they were quick to respond and took a personal approach to supporting me. I really felt listened to when I was going through a difficult time.
Customer services went above and beyond to support me and the team members I communicated with were friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Twinkl excel in all ways possible
Twinkl did not just help me, they inspired and encourage me to be a better mom and teacher. Twinkl has a lot of resources in both Afrikaans and English from pre-school ages to young adults. I love using their activities with my own children (ages 4 and 2) as the activities mold them and encourage them to do better.

Twinkl is a rogue setup
Twinkl is a rogue setup, trying to rip me off my money.
I subscribed for Twinkl based on a recommendation and purchased the annual ultimate subscription and afterwards the experience has been not great to say the least! I find the interface cluttered and unuabsle with multiple nested pages that are unnecessary, also resource files are not indexed so it's difficult to track which file belongs to which topic. But that's not all, I try to cancel the annual subscription for a refund online and getting an automated email that this is not possible since I downloaded 3 resources. I call today and the colleague gives me 11 months worth refund but the deduction of the remaining one month is more than it should be. I called back after discovering this and he said that even though I did an annual subscription I'm being charged at monthly rate which is deceitful and unfair. For a company in a sector with growing competition, I hope they adapt their website structure or they will eventually be taken out of the market. One sad thing is that he couldn't point me to anywhere in their terms and condition where this is stated which means it's just a company trying to rip me off my money. I have taken an escalation route to a manager that I can't call and will hopefully reach out via email within 5 days, so let's see. In the meantime, I'd take this up on my end as this is fraud

Subscription cancellation request
I sent a message asking to cancel my subscription and refund any monies I had paid, as I no longer use the service.
Jillian responded very promptly and advised that my request would be processed. I then received an email from Monica, following my evaluation of Jillian's assistance. Monica acknowledged that she was glad Jillian could help me, and advised that a follow-up email would be sent in the next few days.
I was really pleased with the service I received.

Great communications, Lady called Kate was extremely supportive. To my surprise I got respond during early hours on Saturday. Also Twinkle does a lot to support schools and children which is fantastic. Well done Kate and the team.

Twinkl have been amazing
Twinkl have been very helpful - always replied almost immediately and did everything they could to help resolve any issues. Great customer service team.
I forgot to cancel my membership and was charged for 3 months. I never downloaded any resources and asked for any refund I could get. Even though I was not eligible for a full refund any more, they tried to find a way to help me out, refunded one month and let me have two months of paid membership when I decide to renew it.
