Twinkl went above and beyond...
I originally signed up for a free trial with Twinkl and, as often happens with a busy life, I completely forgot about it. About eight months later, I realised that I had never cancelled the subscription and had been making payments the entire time without noticing.
As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted Twinkl. Their customer support team responded incredibly quickly and professionally. They explained that, in line with company policy, they could refund only the most recent payment. I understood their position and was satisfied with that outcome.
They also kindly offered me three months of free access after confirming that I had barely used the account. I declined the offer but mentioned that a full refund would certainly be appreciated, while also acknowledging that I understood the reasons they had given for not providing one.
After reviewing my account and verifying that I had genuinely never used the service, Twinkl went above and beyond. In a gesture of goodwill, they decided to refund the entire amount I had paid over those eight months.
That level of honesty, fairness, and customer care says a lot about a company's values. Twinkl could have simply followed their policy and left it at that, yet they chose to do what they felt was right. Experiences like this build trust, and because of how they treated me, I know I'll be using their services in the future as I continue my journey toward becoming a teacher.

Excellent Resource for Teachers and Students
I have been using Twinkl for quite some time, and it has become one of my favorite educational resource platforms. The wide variety of high-quality worksheets, lesson plans, presentations, classroom displays, and interactive activities saves me a lot of preparation time and helps make learning more engaging for my students.
The resources are well-organized, age-appropriate, and cover a broad range of subjects and topics. I especially appreciate how easy it is to find materials that suit different learning needs and classroom situations.
One suggestion I would love to make is to provide editable versions for all resources wherever possible. Having the ability to customize every resource would help teachers adapt materials to their students' specific needs, curriculum requirements, and classroom contexts even more effectively.
Overall, Twinkl is an excellent platform that continuously supports educators with creative, practical, and reliable teaching resources. Highly recommended!
Twinkl has some of the best customer service I have experienced. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, the support team responds promptly and genuinely tries to solve the problem. Today, Alyssa and Amelia were incredibly helpful in assisting me with switching my email address. They guided me through the process smoothly and also helped me find the resources I was looking for. As an added bonus, I was given an extra month free, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated.

Fantastic app

Realised I had a duplicate account…
Realised I had a duplicate account after over a year and had been paying twice! I let Twinkl know and customer service were amazing and refunded 12 months of payments even though it was my fault for not noticing!
