I ordered a package that did not come

I ordered a package that did not come, the complete box was opened and taped as I wrote to the customer department about the situation, I sent photos, I described everything that happened, it was not what Angela wrote me back that the second part of my package is in the post nl to pick up here is the code .... And that's all she didn't write me anything about the open box taped I don't recommend
