We ordered the tea, hoping it would arrive on Friday, before we left on holiday (2pm ish). It didn’t arrive, so we just expected it to be here on our return (today). However, there’s no sign of the tea anywhere.My assumption is that it wasn’t delivered to this address somehow.

Tasty tea, from the 12 month subscription which my partner bought as gift. Each month I get a different tea in the post and it's a treat!

I've been a tea club subscriber for a long time and like that I could log in to my account to change my monthly teas and skip a month etc until this summer I had due to my health condition amassed several months tea as I hadn't been able to drink them so I thought I'd get my subscription paused for a few months to give me a chance to use the teas I'd got stored up I'd managed to pause them for a few months but then got a email that my order had processed and the teas were dispatched so I emailed Twist Teas and got no response I had to email them again to get a response and they responded they were experiencing website issues and not an issue I thought everyone has IT issues at sometime roll on to the next month and it happened again so I emailed them to ask to cancel I didn't receiveany response it but I still received it so after several years I've cancelled my subscription it's not worth paying for something when you don't need it and I'll just purchase when I want a pack and my stock is depleted.

Delicious tea and prompt delivery - loved the free sample. Camomile Yawn is lovely and fragrant with quality ingredients - definitely a cut above the usual- as is the Refresher Green.

Beautiful sencha green tea and a great price. Just what I've been searching for since I moved to London. Arrived super quick too!

I love this company! Their teas are exquisite and I look forward to sampling some more in the future.

The packaging is functional and easy, their flavours are delightful.

They give wonderful free gifts as well, just to enhance the customer experience. I enjoy trying new flavours each time, their recommendations for how to make them (whether as a cold brew or a hot tea) is useful too, as I am a bit clueless.

The best mint tea out there and added bonus of free rhubarb and custard tea bags...not something I would have chosen, but they are really tasty.

So far, I have not been able to figure out how to order anything via the web-site. Loved the tea I had at a cafe I visited in Cornwall last week, so thought I'd order. Nothing on the web-site seems to work as far as trying to order anything - I've set up an account and have also emailed the company, as well as made a comment on their FB page - so far, no response. Disappointed, visiting family in USA next month and was thinking about taking some tea gifts for the other tea lovers in the family! EDITED TO ADD: it appears that the web-site doesn't work properly with Firefox - tried Chrome, and works perfectly. Figured this out myself, there is nothing on the web-site to advise...

I first discovered Twist Teas at a Tea Festival in Derby many years ago, and loved meeting Nicky and Claire, being shown the teas and told the stories and making of the teas. I loved that they use whole leaves but give you the choice of loose tea or cornsilk tea bags, as I always never get around to using loose leaf tea at home due to the faff.

I signed up to their Tea Club subscription at the festival and have had the subscription for probably about 8-9 years now! I love the choice and quality of teas, the ability choose which tea you'd like each month or let it be a surprise, and again, the fact I can enjoy whole loose leaf tea in biodegradable cornsilk bags. I have purchased gifts and tea subscriptions for friends due to my positive experience with Twist Teas and continue to be part of their subscription. Each subscription comes with a hand-signed thank you note and a free sample of a different flavour of tea than you ordered, so you get to try flavours you might not otherwise pick. My favourite flavours by far are the Refresher Green and Sencha Green teas, as well as the Mulled Wine (non-alcoholic) one at Christmas, and fruity herbal teas during the summer, such as Mixed Berries and Orange & Lemon.

Their customer service is also exceptional - whenever I have needed to contact them, they respond very quickly, politely, friendly and professionally and will bend over backwards to help you.

I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to support a fairtrade, small independent tea company who know and visit their plantations, are passionate about tea and the quality shows through their products.

My twisted tea arrives on time and not always but sometimes they add an extra tea bag to try and I love this gesture.
