Until recently I really liked this…

Until recently I really liked this product. When things go wrong they go horribly wrong. I had a fraud on my account and no proper assistance was provided and when I disputed the relevant transactions, my claim was not upheld without collecting any further information from me. I would caution against this card. Susceptible to fraud and when it does unfortunately happen, this issuer won’t back you or even help you.

Responding to Tymit’s reply:

Other than an email confirming a ticket being raised. No further contact has been made and I wonder whether due care is being given to the investigation. I’ve provided more info voluntarily and did not receive an acknowledgement of my contact. I’ve requested multiple times to be contacted but each attempt was ignored. I really question this company’s practice of due care and treating its customers fairly.

Wow...utter cowboys with dreadful service.
Payments not showing, credit limit reduced with no contact, horrendous service - this is one seriously dodgy operation.
Trying to get in touch is very, very difficult - this is not a serious company - seriously, do NOT apply.

We regularly review the performance of all accounts and information provided by Experian, which considers credit commitments both within and outside of Tymit. As a result, on occasion, we may need to advise of changes to existing credit limits.

We endeavour to respond to queries as soon as possible, though we're sorry to hear that you've experienced difficulties with getting in touch. We've requested some further details so that we can look into your query further, but have yet to hear back.

I LOVE TYMIT, BUT!!

So far So good, I’ve enjoyed the services of Tymit over the years and I still do.. but not happy to see the free three months no fees gone.. maybe it might make me use more of my cash back credit cards, and also My Klarna and my ClearScore credits more..

This is the best credit card company…

This is the best credit card company I’ve used so far. Credit limit is good, interest rates are better than others, you can pay no interest if you pay back within the month. Main thing is they are really quick and fast with queries or solving issue’s.

Well tym it has really helped me over…

Well tym it has really helped me over the last couple of years with the 3 month interest free option but now they have got rid of that I really don't think they can provide any value to me at all.

But I see they're moving to a b2b model so I guess they won't care really that they have made decisions which their current customers don't like. It's been nice knowing you. Bye tymit

I have not had one single update on my…

I have not had one single update on my complaint since leaving my last feedback. The lack of response is truly shambolic and this is by far the WORST service i have ever received from a credit card provider. Tymit's fall from grace has been severe.
