Typeform is good for response collection and has a nice design. But it's just a nightmare for analyzing survey data. They broke all the summaries and reports — different tabs show different number... See more

Can't believe you have to have an OK button when people select a yes or no answer and that the Ok is at the bottom of the screen unseen on an iPhone - SUCH such bad bad UX
Beautiful Design but the Logic never works..
Someone stole my credit card info and created an account at this site. I have been charged $800 over the last 8 months not knowing what the charge was or how to cancel it. Typeform made it impossible to contact them without creating an account and then they were sooooo slow to respond and ultimately said there was nothing they could do because I had reported the charges to my credit card as fraudulent and that the case was considered closed. I don’t even know how to process how terrible that is in terms of customer service. Honestly feels possible that typeform is the fraudulent business and not someone using my information.
I had a terrible experience! I unknowingly had a far too expensive subscription and have almost spent 150 euros on this despite only using the site once and logging out afterwards. I definitely do not recommend the site, stay away!!!
I am very dissatisfied with the application, the design is excellent and beautiful, but for my needs this site is not it. This is just my opinion thanks.
I feel very angry and completely conned. I created a survey, sent it to all of my followers, and was then forced to upgrade and pay because the survey hit a 10 response limit. There was no warning of this when I created the survey. This is an extortionate way to run your business. Very Very Very disappointed in you!
New UI terrible. Took me 10 minutes to find how to add someone to get notified via email. Clearly never heard of "if it aint broke don't fix it". Jee
Poor accessibility features. I had lots of users reach out to me during a survey for a client who weren't able to enlarge images or text.
If you want to survey people with poor eye sight, older users or mobile-natives, it's not going to work for you.
The design features are great, but why pay for them if half your subjects can't see them?
Great looking forms, when they work. I've had forms deleting questions and then responses for no reason. Complete inability to login sometimes, meaning I can't add, change, or even view my response data.
Every time customer services are adamant it's my fault. My network, my editing. Even when I haven't logged in, or using ethernet, wifi, mobile data and even other peoples machines its still my fault - and a link to a completely irrelevant webpage to try and blind me with geek speak (I'm an IT director at a hospital...so not really going to work)
The embedding into a webpage is very glitchy.
Such a shame as when they work, they look nice, and work well. Just isn't often enough.
Things such as a time field being missing in 2024 is nonsense.
Two issues I had with Typeform for the past two weeks:
1. I cannot open my account in multiple tabs, even when I have two different surveys in two different tabs, it still causes issue. I spent two hours working on a survey, while with a different survey opened on a separate tab for reference. When I closed out typeform and opened the survey, it didn't save, the autosave was on, yet it didn't save. So two hours of work down in the drain. I wrote in to customer service, they told me working in multiple tabs will not save my work, which is kind of absurd, given that tabs exist for a reason.
2. I finally got my survey saved and published. But today when I tried to find it, it disappeared. I went in panic mode, until, I went back to my browser history and found the survey, guess what, the survey magically changed name. How did that happen? I asked customer service, and they told me the exact same answer from last week – multiple tabs causing issue for saving forms. I was speechless, I did not work on multiple tabs when I last worked on the survey. The agent in the live chat also has a very entitled attitude, as if they can never be wrong, they apologized in a very sour way.
Updating my review from 1 star to 3, eventually I was able to get hold of support, and eventually the problem was fixed. I think Typeform have a massive opportunity to improve here simply by making it possible to have customers contact them if the issues aren't contained within the FAQs. Once I got in touch they were helpful and polite, but I would have liked to be have been faster.
I used type form to create a few quizzes for a work conference and they looked really professional and worked really well. Monica in the billing/ Customer service team is great and worked really fast to fix a tech issue i had.
@typeform
really disspointed with your bad subscription service. I'm user erica_eced and I deactivate in January. YOU STILL CHARCHING ME. stop stoling my money. SOON GETTING A DPO request FROM MY LAWYER, AS YOU STILL KEEPING MY BILLING DATA AND CARD number WITHOUT CONSENT.
Quite an unethical company from our experience.
Tricked me into moving our forms to a decent service at a reasonable price. Once hooked, they force a 10x price increase from one year to the next.
Don't trust them !!! Paperform is a more reasonable option
Forms are easy to use.
But they trick you into doing your first form and then tell you after you have published it that you can only get 10 answers without upgrading your plan.
Dirty way of doing business.
I would go with google forms next time.
BEWARE: They upgraded our free plan to a €890 plan without warning and simply deducted the money from our credit card. Trying to contact them is impossible...
The client service is horrendous. Charlie is very bad.
