What a pleasure dealing with this garage. I called yesterday to get a quote for 4 new tyres. The man I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable and gave me several quotes depending on the quality of tyres I wanted. I compared them to the quotes from other companies and they were competitive on their pricing. They could also get me in this morning (they had to order the premium tyres I wanted). I got a text to say the tyres had arrived (yesterday pm) so I took my car in at 8.35am. I walked to the local costa and was half way through my coffee when at 9.01am I got a text that my car was ready for pickup.
Wow, was not expecting them to be that quick. The newly fitted and balanced tyres drive lovely.
I normally hate garages, however, I highly recommend these guys.

Tyrz Bollington have always provided excellent service and only charge you for what you needs vs always saying you need a new tyre.

And today I got a nice brightly cokoured bag to put my locking nut into.

The go to tyre depot! Telephoned due to a flat tyre. Explained prices by brand so got a great deal rather than the most expensive and they arranged for their mechanic to come out within half an hour. Mechanic was great, efficient, fast, took great care and all in the pouring rain. Fantastic service, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Needed 2 new tyres for our caravan, sorted me out with a great price, also came to the farm where we keep it. Arrived before time, which was great. Did the job very quickly, and payment was taken. Would certainly recommend them, especially with caravans as saves the hassle of driving it to the yard, where space may be limited.

Rubbish service. Phoned Friday 5/1/18 to arrange for a tyre replacement next day. Expressly said we needed an early appointment as I had a 40 mile drive mid morning. Saturday came and no sign. I phoned them at 10:30am to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. I was told the fitter was nearby (3 miles max) and promised that we were next stop. He never came. Stranded, I had to make alternative travel plans. We received NO phone updates. NO explanations. NO apology. All I can say is this is a company you simply can't trust.
