Very efficient and friendly staff. Ordered two machines which were delivered next day. Online it says to call to discuss delivery, so I called and my order was taken, but we didn't discuss delivery. To improve I would have liked to have discussed more about the logistics of the delivery when I phoned arrange. As it happened it was all okay getting the machines to my workspace but I wasn't sure if I would manage with just the driver and myself or if I would need to arrange anything else. Luckily James the delivery driver was friendly and unfazed and helped me bring my machines through just fine.

Excellent company to deal with: Good friendly advice given over the phone about a spare part and then online order actioned & dispatched very quickly.

Just replacing an old sewing machine with a new tysew industrial machine.
They have a huge choice of machines and everything you could need, all at very good prices.
My new machine was delivered within 48 hours and it was set up and ready to use, they even supplied the oil too.
I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere in the future.

This is the second time I have purchased a machine from Tysew, the prices are good, and the after sales help is excellent. The machine came ready assembled, and was delivered by a very helpful driver named James, who positioned the machine, and plugged it in for me. He made sure that I was happy with my items before he left, and was very pleasant, well done James and Tysew.

What a fabulous family business! I have been planning on buying an industry sewing machine for a while now but wasn't sure where to buy one with confidence. I have found this gem of a business via my online search and have given it a go. Paul was brilliant from the second we have arrived.
He shown me couple of industrial sewing machines, allowed me to try them and patiently answered all of my questions (there were many :) ). My machine arrived a couple days later and I couldn't be happier!! I am in LOVE with my new machine, it's a total life saver! Our experience of this company is a very pleasant one.
Their service is first class, we ordered an ex-display overlocker, there was a choice of delivery options I believe, 3 to 5 days - £4.95 or 5 to 10 days Free, as we were in no hurry we selected the Free 5 to 10 days, the order was placed on a Monday afternoon and to our total surprise it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. The ex-display overlocker was in superb condition with all its accessories and at a very tempting discount, so all in all we are highly delighted with this company and the service they provide, would recommend them to anyone.
