Honestly we bought this for rough terrain and a hilly situation, a 13° incline was no issue, rough terrain off sidewalk was an awesome machine. It cost us 3400 bucks. Now it sits there with a 7 flash code and we can't clear the code so it won't move. We called the seller which directed us to their list of repair people in the US which wad a 190 dollar per hour appointment. So we called our local mobility place, they looked at it, talked trading it for a US scooter. He ran a test and said it's showing out of limits on the tiller pot and the ignition was faulting. So we called the US number and got both parts in like 2 days. It was an easy install. The entire tiller came with a new board and pot with tiller lever. Unfortunately after replacing I still get a 7 flash error code so another 300 out the window. I have messaged the company got nothing back, yeah Israeli Company and their at War....so there it sits....and expensive yard ornament. Zero help and a place who's aid 600 trade in for a new 1900 scooter. I guess handicapped people are made of money. Really ticks me off. Purchased in 2022 we got one good year out of it.

Have tried to contact this company by phone and email numerous times, but with no response. I even tried the UK listed contact details, with a similar result.

Plus points. This was the only easily transportable all terrain scooter I could find anywhere. (I can't afford a large vehicle or the lift needed for a large scooter) It will tackle most terrain and I can transport it easily, getting it in and out of my Ford Kuga independently up ramps, Or take in half and put in the boot of the Vauxhall Astra with help to lift each half.
Bad points: DO NOT USE IN WET WEATHER (even the manual tells you that) or it stops. DO NOT KEEP OUTSIDE, or it stops. More importantly, after TWO YEARS it has now packed up completely and NOWHERE IN THE UK services or repairs them!
When I bought an indoor battery charger last year I had to get it from Israel. (the place I bought the scooter from no longer deals with them) We are now stuck with a useless scooter and can't afford to buy anything else.

Terrible aftersales and support. I had to pay for the company they selected to come and check my scooter, they had no idea what to do and Tzora would not recompence me. Great scooter when working, but would suggest staying well clear due to service and repair.

Trying to get a replacement part from them for my scooter bought from them 2 years ago.. my emails have not been answered for weeks neither have the ones fron Homeserve ( the company listed on tzoras own.website as their repairer.
Basically I have a nearly £2,000 pound scooter sitting uselessly indoors with me who can't go out without it... since January now!
In my opinion only seems to be interested in sales not aftercare. If I could select no stars I would. I'm very disappointed.

I visited the website and couldn’t get through on the phone numbers shown there. I selected the scooter I wanted and unsuccessfully tried to get through in order to complete the purchase. As you might imagine when purchasing through a website, you always need to be aware, the person you are purchasing from a safe and reputable company. So far, I haven’t been able to establish this. I’m hoping to hear back from a representative who contacted me via email, I will update my review as necessary.

After waiting 3 weeks for my scooter, numerous phone calls and emails to which there was no response, I have decided to cancel my order and get my money back

Purchased a scooter on 14th July which was delivered on the 19th. Charged the battery for a good 12 hours on 21st to 22nd and took for a test drive on the 22nd. Sadly could only test for 3.5km before getting flat battery indicator. Charged again for another 18 hours on the 22nd until the 23rd. This time the charge didn't last for 500 metres.

Charged again from 23rd until 30th and on this occasion managed a kilometre before getting flat battery indicator.

Have called every number I can find for the company every day since August 1st, leaving messages every time. Also sent emails and facebook messages sadly without luck. Since taking my £2,000 contact with this company has become impossible.

BE SENSIBLE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Having tried the charger out on another scooter I know the issue is with the charger so should be a simple fix.

I have had my scooter for just over a year

I have been trying to make contact with this firm for nearly three weeks. They maintain that “ your call is very important to us but none of their agents are available at this time “ If, as I suspect they have gone out of business why on earth don’t they say so instead of wasting everyone’s time.

This is not a company to be trusted. I contacted them for a scooter, I had to pay £500 deposit with the premise that if I did not like, I could return and they would deduct £70-£100 for them to collect it. However On the day of delivery the dump the scooter on the curb outside my house and the delivery driver refused to bring it in even though I am disabled! My elderly husband had to strain himself to drag it in as was very heavy. The scooter was very poor quality so I called them and told them of my experience they were initially apologetic and said it would not cost me anything to return due to the terrible treatement of thier delivery driver. However when it came to refunding me my deposit, they kept £108!! I could not believe it! Have raised a complaint but they have said they will take no responsibility for thier drivers behaviour which is disgusting. This has caused me and my family a lot of distress and I have a heart condition which has no doubt been made worse. They do not care for thier customers only care about taking money off elderly and vulnerable people. Beware!

IMy scooter was heavier than I expected, but was easy to essemble... .. ,I haven't tried it outside yet as I have been poorly but practiced in the house and found it easy to use. I look forward to my out door trips to the shops in the future. the delivery service was excellent, thankyou Tzora.Tzor

It was as described, easy to fold and unfold. I’m seventy five and suffer with ME and it wasn’t too heavy for me and takes up little room in the house. Very happy.

This is the most sturdy of all folding mobility scooter you will not find better also it is allowed in planes,boats and trains as I have taken one on all... This is my 1st brand new one my other was second hand that is why I bought myself a brand new one ...excellent 1st class scooter

Brilliantly packaged great care had been taken to make sure every part was protected, never had a cardboard pallet. Very very strong, great to recycle.
Titan 4 have lived up to all my expectations well put together, easy to ride with good comfortable seat.
If you are considering buying a mobility scooter then I would totally recommend Tzora as a company to talk to.
