I placed an order on November 25th as a Christmas present for my son. The website shows the order is “processing” almost a month later. I have emailed them twice over the weeks as well as submitted an inquiry on their website. All attempts at communication have left me ghosted. I definitely won’t have them for Christmas and likely will never receive anything - extremely disappointed.

I'm can't add shoes to the cart?

This site is useless in March I bought some sneakers and they canceled my order and to this day they have not refunded my money for the sneakers I write to them on instagram or gmail and they are not interested in giving me an answer I keep trying to get my money back and he says it's a bank problem, a total scam

They took my money and after 2 months of ignoring me send me the wrong T-Shirt, with the worst quality I've ever seen. The color of t-Shirt was not even close to original. Never buy here anything. The shop is became garbage. Back in 20 it was ok, but now.....

Back in 2020. I've placed an order and it took roughly 28 days to ship to Germany... At that time I tried to talk with support about where the heck is my order at and I felt like they just didn't care at all. All they said is "we shipped the order, ask the DHL what's happening... For fake stuff price is just too high even though quality is decent. Support is awful and takes them as long as 10 days to reply believe it or not. Never again shopping from them.

Placed an order over six weeks ago, still nothing. Got told an item was out of stock so changed item after backwards and forwards over slow emails. Now I’m just being completely ignored. Emailed 5 times since last reply over 2 weeks ago. Not a peep!

This is the REAL deal. I've been shopping here since 2019 and the quality of the products and the service has only gotten better. The only feedback I have is to decrease the processing and shipping times. We need Amazon-level turnaround times and this could really bring the company to the next level! I've heard competitors have 7-day turnaround times from accepting payment all the way to receiving the product; however, I'm skeptical about the quality of the items. Nonetheless, loyal customer here... for now.

Isn't possible for me to place any order!
I registered with my email address but no mail was sent to me in order to reset my password. Also, the latest password does not work anyway.
Very strange behavior. I also raised a ticket to the assistant of the site but ATM no solution arrived

I never received the product. Ordered 1/12/23. Today is 2/7/23. Sent multiple emails asking the status of the order #658405. I’m happy to wait if UAPLG will just answer. No response. No tracking, and no shoes. UAPLG sent me a survey about the product I never received. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt on whether they are a legitimate company or not. But they are all smoke and mirrors. Turning them over to the U.S. Attorney General. Don’t buy from this company. Lost $314.

Excellent quality of products, they take a long time to arrive, but it is absolutely worth it.

Correct set, too bad the back of the b22 is badly done compared to the real one.

I've been customer for quite some time now, having bought a total of 6 sneakers, being the latest the Jordan 4 retro Black Cats which arrived in perfect condition! I'm in Mexico and the whole process took 1 month and their customer service is always excellent! I highly recommend their products.

This is my third time ordering from uaplg and they never disappoint. My order comes in on time, the shoes are quality, would 100% recommend to the homies.
