I recently purchased the Travis Reverse Mochas Jordan 1 lows from UAPLG and I'm so glad I did! The overall quality is excellent - the shoes look and feel great. I also had a great customer experience - the website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. Plus, the shoes were worth the wait - they were shipped within 15 business days and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

First of all I had a hard time conntacing uaplg then after they finally got in contact with me I got and after a week I finally got my tacking information then I waited another week and a half and I still haven't received my order and it said it was delivered and it hasn't and I've tried to contact them but they still haven't replied to me

Dear UAPLG, my experience with you have been not great. I ordered Air Jordan 1 High New Beginning on 11/2/2022. After 3 weeks without hearing anything, I decided to reach out on your website. I didn’t hear anything. So I decided to try the telegram app. After making my complaint on the UAPLG official account, I was directed to speak with a guy named Nate. I gave Nate my invoice number and he told me the shoe was out of stock or something like that. I was upset because the website didn’t say it nor was I notified, at all. After I cooled down, I decided to update my order with a new shoe with Nate, but I wanted to make sure the shoe was in stock. The shoe was in stock but I had to wait because the new orders are being completed before mine and I have been waiting over 3 weeks just for a confirmation and a tracking number. I still don’t have a tracking number and I am losing faith in UAPLG.

Amazing Price for same quality which others are selling for higher price

I’ve ordered from Uaplg on 3 occasions. The 1st order was super smooth & my son was very happy with his shoes. My 2nd order didn’t go so smooth. In early April I placed my 2nd order. About a mth later I receive an email stating Uaplg is having issues with getting the product/delivery. About a week later I receive another email giving me 3 options for my order..continue waiting, cancel order/get credit, cancel order/refund. I forgot to respond. A week later I received an email stating the order was canceled/refund would be given. Two weeks later & I never received refund. I emailed Uaplg. They responded quickly & I received the refund in a timely manner. In the mean time (my 3rd order) I reordered the same shoes. I received an email acknowledging my order but It’s been over 2 weeks & nothing’s been shipped nor have any email updates been sent out. I’m starting to get really frustrated. I feel as if Uplag is posting shoes they don’t have & putting the customer on hold until/if Uaplg can find that specific pair of shoes.

It’s been 18 Business days still haven’t received anything not even an email but I still get a email to write a review of it lmao

i ordered a pair of shoes and due to covid situation the shipment time was too long. i was waiting them for more than 3 weeks and at the time you said that my order wasn’t even ready for the shipment

I ordered my shoes and they said that in 72hrs I would receive my tracking info that didn't happen and when I emailed them back they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't ever show that the shoes have been picked up yet and now I am getting worried because I ordered them on 3-2-22 and it still says they are in transit from 3-12-22 and its 3-20-22 i just want a refund. i would have really like to see the quality of their shoes just to fact check that they are legit but it doesnt seem like thats going to happen. this is very frustrating!!!!!!

This site is garbage!!! stay away.... Do not buy from this site.
Still waiting 65days after shipping and the emails to them just say be patient... 20-30 days is being patient NOT 65 and still no product.

I ask them to chase the courier from the link sent and all I get back is for you to chase them.... its all rubbish.

Same product as the original but he price is a lot lower, amazing !

It’s been 3 to 4 weeks since my order and I’ve still received nothing at all, I wrote tickets , tried to contact them and they are not in sight or responding back.Id say it’s fraud.

The material and everything is excellent!! I really love my TNF nuptse jacket.

Once again UAPLG have exceeded my exceptations. Bought an Off-white winter tee and its too comfortable. This is my 4th time buying from and have become a frequent customer.
