My Latest order arrived wrong due to a picking problem I guess, someone didnt read the paper work I guess. Anyway after a phone call my problem was solved in no time, goods were delivered the next day as promised!

Good quality and service at a reasonable price
The double set of ladder golf and family croquet set arrived promptly. The only criticism I have is that the croquet set was not packed as well as it could have been and the plastic clips did not survive the rough handling in transit evidenced by the damaged packaging. Replacement metal clips were received promptly in a couple of days of notifying customer services.

Overall poor
Firstly great response from Kate Taylor to an issue
However. Package arrived damaged with parts missing. Quality of the croquet stand is poor and the photo instructions are dreadful. Too dark and indistinct. And not particularly clear. First use of one of the mallets and the head came off. Not a good start overall extremely disappointed

Great product and great service!
This was 100‰ trouble free from the start! The ordering and subsequent delivery to Portugal was without hitch. (one tiny hiccup happened when I could´t seem to get the tracking to recognise the reference number but a fast, friendly and helpful response soon had that sorted!) The delivery was very quick and the ´Croquet Set´is perfect!
The quality for the price is really good and I am very tempted to indulge in other outdoor game goodies!
