Hi
delivery was slower than the emails suggested and tracking reference said Royal Mail had no info, so I emailed you to check and never received a reply.
Then when the item did turn up it was in a jiffy type envelope which made the contents more than a little obvious when the postman handed me the envelope. Definitely not what I'd describe as discrete.
