Great response to an issue
I have used this company a number of times and the orders normally arrive promptly and always discreetly.
The mark of a really good company is how they react when things do go wrong, which on occasion they inevitably will. My latest order did not arrive when expected, so I contacted the sales team on email to ask about it. They responded immediately - not only having the item sent out same day for next day delivery, but also refunded the shipping costs without me even asking. Courteous and very efficient.

Requested a refund for an item but repeatedly I was ignored when chasing up the refund.
I then received an automated email saying the company was in administration!
However there is no notice on the website saying this which I find very odd
