Nice product, but return policy is a little tricky, but I was given a store credit instead and I used it on a future purchase

I had a great experience. Their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my order and they consistently responded quickly every time I emailed them.

I get so many compliments on these new glasses. I had an issue with with the lenses on an original pair of glasses I had ordered and they fixed the problem right away and allowed me to get a different pair that work better with my pupillary distance.

The glasses I have gotten are so cute and great quality! I hope to buy more from them. Take care!

Awesome products with fast shipping

First time purchasing and received today. The sizing on one of the frames was very off. Labelled a medium and 130cm (inside arm) but was 150cm width in total, and looked like clown glasses when received. The other frame was comfortable and stylish, but the wrap/design on the arms was bubbling and poor quality.

The company has been quick to reply and offer a resolution. I have update my review to 4 stars pending receipt of glasses they have offered in compensation. They have been friendly and polite throughout the exchange.

It was so easy to order. There is a unique and large selection of glasses. I had accidentally put in a wrong prescription and I was immediately contacted by customer service after they spotted the mistake. Definitely will and already have recommended to a friend.

AMAZING!
I got a new prescription that I did not know how to put in the system correctly. I could tell this was not an American company for a few reason reasons. This company followed through and helped me every step of the way, applied my promo and helped me get the correct lenses that I needed that I’ve never used before, AND the glasses came at a great price and included nose pads. American companies would never be polite like this!!!

I spend $800 a month for health insurance in America and could not get my pupillary distanceS, unless I downloaded an AI. My very large insurance provider and everyone in America has cut things down and made our lives horrible.

I've used a handful of online only retailers for glasses and these are EASILY some of the BEST glasses I have ever owned! They came in lovely packaging.

I had forgotten to make sure both pair I got with premium progressive lenses, so I reached out to ask to upgrade it before 24 hours had passed to see if it could be corrected in time (with any upcharge for the difference, of course). They responded quickly and even covered the difference since I was a new customer!

I did have to go into my local eye place to try and get the arms adjusted and the wonderful employee was hesitant at first. Because mine have metal snakes on the sides, she didn't want to try without really looking at them. She pleasantly told me the metal parts were actually screwed in and not just tacked on, so if you're worried about in depth quality, a professional told me she approved! 😂

At first it seemed scammish because there's not much communication between ordering and delivery. That was my only issue. Other than that the glasses are beautiful and I can see clearly.

To much back and forth. I received a second pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. They told me to pick out another frame. I picked out another frame I was told it was not with their company when the logo on the page was clearly said Ublins. I requested a refund and I have not heard any else from the company. Very disappointed.
