We received the package on good…
We received the package on good conditon, though it took a long time to arrive. Just be sure to have a 110v ready for you to plug in. We received the wrong pamphlet for the takoyaki maker. But over all review it was good. Will order again some time soon.

My review and experince
I have a bad experince for my first order which resulting of damage items but later I received a compensation refund and costumer care service are very responsive. For the following oreders I received was really great. I may suggest to add some option that you can send messages or chat with the seller in order to make request on how the items to be pack and can ask or communicate about items we are buying to get more information or some inquiries.

Unfortunately unhappy for DHL service it took almost 2 days to receive my shipment because the handlers of delivery is assigned in north khobar my location is in southern khobar first day I drove 30km to meet pick up the shipment but he didn't show up next day it's the same. Both they complained they are not DHL workers and it's not their problem.!!! Second delivery he delivered it as a favor
