I was a member of this church for many years, particularly during my youth. I gave significant time, five days a week, which left no room to build my own life or find employment.

When I began questioning what I was being taught, I was discarded without hesitation despite years of loyal contribution.

This organisation presents itself as a charitable community while drawing vulnerable people into a system of financial and emotional control. The financial expectations are not disclosed during recruitment and only become clear once you are already embedded.

The BBC Panorama investigation, the ongoing Charity Commission inquiry, and the February 2026 Fundraising Regulator finding that UCKG breached the Code of Fundraising Practice by targeting a vulnerable donor are all matters of public record.

Please research thoroughly before attending.

The HelpCentre is a place that welcomes people from all kinds of backgrounds and they really show a genuine love and care for those who have been hurt, felt neglected and lost like myself. By coming and attending the meetings, I’ve learnt to fight and never give up on my life being transformed. More than motivation, there is hope for those who feel like nothing has worked for them. There’s life in the UCKG HelpCentre that comes from God and He is evident in the lives of those who come and show how much they need Him.

Careful with this organization.. do not go there and don’t give them even a penny. They are manipulative.. i went to the UCKG in Bangkok, Thailand. When i went back home they advised me to go to the Antwerp branch in Belgium. It looks like cult and all they ask is money. Threatening if you don’t tithe 10% you will go to hell. Stay awake people. Do not let weakness make you go there. There are professionals out there if you have a bad time in your life.

When I came to the UCKG church I was homeless because I was suffering from physical abuse,vobile abuse and financial who tried to kill me by standing on my face by my brother.

I was suffering from mental depression panic attack hearing voices . Very low blood pressure.suiside thought come to me.
I was hanging out with the wrong crowd who used to been in prison but didn't follow they ways before I came to the UCKG church .

I was put in a refuge from age 11 and was a young carer for dad but after died with cancer. My brother have lots of suicide thought nearly jumped of the bridge . angry womaniser breaking things now his free and starting coming to church with me and stop womenizeing and bless in his love Life
God protected my family been in car accident , my brother ex girlfriend was parlize and she able to walk ,move her hands .me and look after my nephew with autism.
I face a lot of battle inside me.
First my brother died of a overdose and burnt himself alive by committing suicide and my parents Susan and Jeffrey farrance was both murdered which is very hard as a family we all truly love our parents

The UCKG is the best thing that ever happens to me . I don't know where I be if I didn't get the right help .. they speak the truth . my brother would of killed him self and myself if we didn't get the right help but today we are free.i am working and have a flat to live inn .
The time i started coming to this church is when I was homeless , I was brokenness angry person,inside depression panic attack no job . Very low blood pressure.callaspeing on the floor mental health. Hanging around the wrong crowd
Sleeping problems but coming to the church I over come. Today I am at peace see and see change . not hanging around the wrong crowd any more.

For me, since I joined Uckg my life has been transformed from inside and out When I enter for the first time through the door I see that there's something different in this place and I was right l been in Uckg since 2013

When I came for the first time, I was full of anxiety, addicted to alcohol and cigarettes, and I felt empty.

And there I received help, they taught me how, using my faith, I can overcome, so it's happened, today I am free from all addiction, full of joy, and the emptiness was filled, so what can I say in this place I found life.

You were a step that I needed to move forward with my life, that's why I'll always gonna be grateful for the support you have given me.

Before coming to the UCKG Help Centre, I was lost—emotionally broken, heavily in debt, battling health issues, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I didn’t believe in God and carried deep pain from my past. But everything changed the moment I stepped through their doors.

Through the practical teachings and spiritual support I received in the UCKG, my health improved, I found peace, and my life took a complete turn. I’m now free from debt, have a loving family, a fulfilling career, and a joy that comes from within. Most importantly, I’ve found purpose, confidence, and a deep relationship with God. The UCKG has truly helped me become a new creation.

When I first came to the UCKG HelpCentre in February 1997, I was experiencing family issues, arguments, mum was sick, an alcoholic, depressed and suicidal, my girlfriend was depressed, had daily panic attacks, OCD and I had mood swings and lacked confidence.

The Bishops, Pastors, Assistants helped me throughout my journey at different stages and I have not looked back.

All the above problems have all gone within the first year of attending. It was not an easy to begin with, but one I do not regret. I have been supported, encouraged and helped. That's why I still attend and offer encouragement to others after 28 years of peace.

I would give it -100 if I could! It is Definitely a cult where they take your money for their own personal use-

Highly corrupt and misuse peoples vulnerability. They lie non stop and keep most of the food donations for themselves!
They are also highly discriminatory and have a totally useless VYG group for the young black people! What a joke

Uckg is the one who teaches the truth..for me, My life changed physical and spiritual through the teaching and to have actions.

Helped me when I was lost and couldn't see a way out. Is the church perfect no but then neither am I so I'd say it's a perfect fit. I find that those who hate the church are those who never went there with the intention of receiving Jesus in there lives. I found friendship and fellowship and my faith is constantly being pushed to new heights

I believe in the power of prayer and the word of God, so I always measure anything preached against His teachings. Faith in God here at UCKG has truly helped me overcome feelings of suicidal thoughts, timidity, fear, and depression. I used to experience paranoia that caused me daily distress, but as I began to obey what I was taught, I found myself fully free and happy.

My brother, who was once involved in drug abuse, engaged in harmful rituals, suffered from incurable diseases, and had issues with our family, has also transformed. He is now free, healed, and helping others.

I highly recommend UCKG for anyone from any background who is tired of their current life or seeking to discover themselves and their purpose. You are warmly welcomed, and you won't be judged. Best of all, it is free.

This church is a cult. Look at all the 5 star reviews, all I can see is brainwashed drones who say this cult “saved them” but really they are making you live paycheck to paycheck as they pressure u into donating boatloads of money. The owner is a billionaire for a reason 😂🙏. Don’t go to this cult they will derail your life. They avoid every money laundering claim but they mad it’s the truth.

A genuine church that preaches from the Bible. A place for all and a place where my life was completely transformed.

Money, money, money, always money - its a rich man's church.
Seem to always be wanting your money. Constantly being asked for 'tithes' and 'blessings'. Not my kind of place. Would suggest avoiding.

90% of their preaching is good but its the 10% I can't look past. They teach that if you miss a service you lose salvation. Its not representative of what we read in the Bible. They congregation shame, we are not receiving testimony because 'we're not sacrificing enough' but to be honest, if that were actually the reason, then atheists would not be doing better than us. They also way over do all the miracle props like blessed oil, blessed salt, blessed rose, blessed garments, blessed grape juice, blessed water etc. All these blessed items and I didn't have a miracle.

I suffered from an inferiority complex and I always felt empty inside. Here I found all the help I needed to overcome all my insecurities. I total recommend it.

I came to the church with nothing, here I found guidance, hope and the truth. The word of God had never been spoke so directly and had never been more relevant to my life as how I heard it here. I would highly recommend for anyone dealing with life’s most serious problems. Don’t give up there’s help at the help centre.
