The history of the Ukrainian brand UGEARS began in 2014 with the desire of a dedicated technical designer Denis Okhrimenko to rediscover the possibilities of conventional mechanics to the world. Prompt service
Online ordering was quick and easy and the product videos were helpful to know what you’re buying. Delivery was very prompt and very well packaged. I can’t comment on the products themselves as I bought for Xmas gifts but they are beautifully presented and appear to be very high quality.

Very helpful
When placing my order I requested discretion of information displayed on the parcel as this was a present for a member of my household. I missed the email asking for more info, but my request was honored. The parcel arrived the next day with no one the wiser as to what had been delivered. Much appreciated!

I think there was less than 24hrs…
I think there was less than 24hrs between me putting in my order and getting it, well packaged, with little extras to help with the construction. Husband was delighted with the model (hasn't started to build it yet though!) and it looks good. Can't find any reason to give less than 5 stars.

Beautiful technical wood models to assemble
I read about Ugears on the RTE news app in Ireland. Delighted the factory is back up and running in Ukraine. Beautiful technical models to assemble, and made from wood. I bought some for my god child for his next birthday. I know he will love them.

Delivery was quick. The instructions are incredibly detailed. I have not started the build of the Express Steam Train with Tender. The kit looks good and it should be a fascinating (and slow) build.
